Family house with an establishment

This thesis describes the design and preparation of project documentation for construction of the building of a family house with a business plan in the Horní Kosov at a level of a project documentation for the building realization. The family house is located at parcel no. 1237/19 in administrative area of Horní Kosov. The proposal respects the local plan. The family house is conceived for families of four members.The family house is designed as a a stand - alone, two -floor, partly made cellar, with establishment for rehabilitation center. The property includes a garage for two car. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floorlocated to north. The main rooms are oriented to the south. The building is designed with HELUZ systém, the building is based on concrete footings and covered with a flat roof. The structural system is a wall, brick. The project was preparedusing the computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.

This bachelors thesis is focused on design of newly-built single-family house in the village of Česká at Brno. It is designed as a detached building with two floors and partial basement, hairdressing´s salon and outdoor swimming pool. It will be in service as permanent residence for a family with four members. The structural systems was chosen of Porotherm systems. The ceiling structure is designed from ceiling beams POT and inserts MIAKO. The floors are connected by a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase. The thermal insulation is provided by the ETICS systems. The roof of the house will be designed as flat and sloping roof. The house plan cantains also a two-car garage. The project was designed in ArchiCad and 3D model was made in Artlantis. All the conctructions are in Czech Technical standarts
High standard detached house

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is design documentation for construction of a new building high standard detached house. Location of building is in Brno on cadastre unit Sadová. The building is designed for living of for or five people. The building has a two floor and basement. Part of the first floor is garage for two cars.The strip foundations are made from plain concrete. Structural system is designed from clay blocks Heluz. In basement is used like structural system blocks permanent formwork Diton. Floor slab is made from reinforced concrete. The roof in designed like warm flat roof. The building envelope is designed like contact thermal insulation system ETICS.

This bachelor thesis presents a project documentation of a family house with en establishment - café. The building is situated in the city called Brtnice in a newly developed location „Na Nivě“. The house has two floors and is partly basemented. The coffee bar is only in part 1NP. Residential area includes all three floors, which are connected through a direct stairscase. The house has plain concrete bands foundation. All masonry work is done by HELUZ and BEST. The roofs are flat on reinforced concrete ceilings. The project also includes a garage for two vehicles.
Detached house with dental clinic

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for building a detached house with a dental clinic in Rozsochatec. The house is located on the land lot no. 1906/10 a1906/11 in Rozsochatec. The house is split into two parts; the residential part and the dental clinic, which is separated and may be eventually available for rent. The residential part has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The clinic is in the basement. The house is designed to respect the municipal master plan and the surrounding built-up area. The project documentation is elaborated in compliance with current building legislation, regulations and standards. The house profile is irregular, the building is roofed by two flat roofs and a half-span roof. The structural system is wall system. The building is situated on a slope terrain.

Apartment building, Střelice

The subject of the bachelor thesis is design of a new detached apartment building in Střelice. It is presented as a form part of project documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and two above-ground floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. The building is roofed by a single-shell flat roof. There are 4 apartment units in the above-ground part containing 3 rooms with a kitchen and 4 rooms with a kitchen with a balcony or a terrace. In the basement, there are technical facilities, four individual garages and storage space for residents of the apartments. Structural system of the building is wall transversal masonry system from clay blocks. Part of the ceiling structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete and the rest is beam and block ceiling structure. The whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation.
Detached house - Újezd u Tišnova

In this thesis we study a family house together with a service station for cars as one building. The house is designed as single-staired with a cellar. The roof is set to be flat. The layout (3 rooms and kitchen placed in one of the rooms) is meant for four family members. The house is built from earthen blocks Porotherm and the ceiling is composed of earthen plugs Porotherm. Wall constructions bellow the terrain level is solved by losing permanent insulated formwork. The object is based on concrete line. The house is situated in a sloping terrain towards east in Újezd u Tišnova.
Detached house with café

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the project documentation of a family house with a café. The designed building is located in the quiet uptown of Trutnov. It is two-storey partially basement building with a flat green roof and a penthouse roof. Foundations of the building are concrete and reinforced concrete. Supporting, peripheral and screen walls are designed from the POROTHERM system. Where the outer housing consists of a ceramic construction and of the ETICS insulation system. Ceiling construction is designed from the POT ceramic-concete beams and from MIAKO ceramic inserts. Part of the facade is created from plaster; another part of the facade consists of a ventilated facade made of wooden prisms and Nordic pine tiles. The dominant feature is a glazed facade connecting both floors. These individual architectural elements divide the building into individual units and fit into the natural landscape. The building creates two parts, namely residential part of the house and café. In the 1st floor there is a café, a guest room with a bathroom, a garage, an entrance hall, two children's rooms with a bathroom and a hall with open space from the basement. In the 2nd floor there is a technical room, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen with dining room and open space to 1st floor. The floors are connected by a staircase in the open space.
High standard detached house

This bachelor thesis is focused on proposition and elaboration of project documentation for construction of building an object of high-standard family house which is located in the cadastral area of municipality Dolní Lomná on a sites number 45/2 and 47/2. The project is consistent with the ground plan of the municipality. The object is partially basement building with two overground floors and a garage, which has been projected for one car. The house has been designed as one accomodation unit intended for a four-member family. Construction system in the basement and overground floors has been solved as monolithic reinforced concrete construction, concrete characteristic: C30/37, XP1, weldable reinforcing steel: S235-B500B. The project of inner disposition has been solved so that its function suits to all user´s demands.
