TITLE: Some of the possibilities of coaching in leadership in the school surrounding AUTHOR: Bc. Jaroslava Procházková DEPARTMENT: Centrum školského managementu SUPERVISOR: RNDr. Jindřich Kitzberger ABSTRACT: This thesis deals with the coaching, which as a method of personal and professional development can be a helper in the school leadership. The task summarizes some of the current theoretical knowledge of coaching. It totalizes the positive findings of practical coaching experience. It tries to find some of the possibilities of coaching of human resources at school, and looks for the specific concept of coaching for the school surrounding. The thesis is based on the experience and insights of authors of books and internet reviews, it searches similarities or differences that can be used by school headmaster. The research section provides the essential insight into the coaching from the staff at school and then it compares it with the listed literature. Industrial production of Písek
PROCHÁZKOVÁ, Jaroslava
The main target of my bachelor´s paper is pinpoint and outline present condition of industry productions in Písek, following a discuss capital issues regarding the operation and maintenance of main industrial sectors. The next point should be presentation and compare of current condition with past condition before the initiation of the industrial transformation in 1989, also effort of appraise the primary aspects of the industry changes in one particular area. The general index what has been used comprises of the number of employees working at industrial production. This work has capture whole characteristics of a local industry trade at present as well as charging trends and analysing the most important representatives.
