The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of SAINT –GOBAIN ADFORS CZ s. r. o. while financial analysis implemented for the period of last five years. Moreover, proposals for improvements in problematic areas of financial management are formulated. The theoretical part reports the latest findings from the academic literature on financial analysis and its methods. In the practical part the attention is paid to the company SAINT – GOBAIN ADFORS CZ s. r. o, which financial statements analysed by using selected methods. In the last part proposals for improvements are formulated.

Etical aspects of judicial supervision as a reason for child's removal from his family

The thesis deals with the issue of supervision over the upbringing of minors within the framework of social-legal protection of children. It is divided into three parts. The first part is legal, it deals with the description of the issue and explanation of the current system and the space that is defined for individual evaluation of situations and decision-making of social workers. The second part looks at selected ethical theories, each with a different perception of the good to be sought. They also offer different perspectives on the issue. The third part of the thesis asks specific questions that arose in the first part of the thesis and seeks answers through the lens of each of the theories described in the second part. On the basis of the clash between these two levels and the clash between rationality and emotions, different lines of opinion and insights emerge, which can open a discussion on topics that are not common in the Czech legal environment. The current system does not adapt in the field of supervision and the starting points that ethics offers bring new possibilities for solutions.

Health Care Information Systems and Health Care Quality Standards

The thesis is aimed at the quality of health care in the specificmedical facility. The goal of the thesis is to characterize actualsituation of services, which are provided and to find out whether the present information system contribute to increase quality in the medical facility or not. In the first part is defined theoretical knowledge of the quality of medical care and the quality of information systems. This theoretical base is applied in the second part. On the base of data from information system, the indicators by which the quality was evaluated were defined. Used indicators were analysed, compared and consequently evaluated. In the case of ineffective system, which does not contribute to increase the quality of medical facility, there are some recommendation and changes which leads the system to be more effective.
