Detached house, Hubenov

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the process of structurally-technical part of the project documentation of a newly built family house in Hubenov. Resolving building is located in the western part of the village Hubenov in gently sloping terrain on the north side. The plan of the house is rectangular grand plan, in the form of semi-detached house. Roofed by a shed roof with a slope of 5°. We can generally say that we used mostly conventional building materials on this family house, apart from circumferential constructions. Those are heat-insulating ceramic fittings Heluz Family 2v1 with polystyrene foam inside the cavities. My bachelor thesis has also additional essey. Brick and masonry ceramic vertical in + fasteners.
Detached house with establishment, Měrotín

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a detached house with an establishment, Měrotín. The building has a floor plan consisting of two rectangles. Larger rectangle consists of a living area, smaller rectangle consists of a garage. Above the living area is a gabled roof. The space above the garage is designed as a terrace. The building is bricked up ceramic bricks, brand Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain towards the north. Detached house with an establishment is designed for 4-5 member family of one floor, a garret and a basement, where the establishment is located. The building is based on the strip foundations. Part of this Bachelor thesis is also the essay on topic flat roofs.
Detached house for wheelchair user, Dobronín

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the proces of structurylly-technical part of the project documentation of a detached house for wheelchair users in Dobronín. Of the building is located in the northeast of the village Dobronín in gently sloping terrain. The house is L-shaped floor plan and a partial basement. Roofing of the main living area consists hipped roof with a slope of 30 °. A covered garage is formed by a flat roof. This is a family house, where they are used classic materials. Among the main one brick shapes. Part of the thesis is also the essay on lintels over openings in walls.
Detached house, Nové Město na Moravě

The subject of this thesis is newly built single-storey detached house with partial cellar and with an attic in Nové Město na Moravě. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. The house is designed for 4 family members. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Nad Městem. The house has the shape of a cuboid and on the one side is attached garage for two cars. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic bricks and concrete blocks. All ceiling construction is monolithic, as well as stairs. House has got a classic gable roof, where dominated combination of roof and facade windows on the south side of the house. The project was processed by a computer program AutoCAD.

This bachelor thesis deals with the project of realization a new-building house in Jemnice and contains the technical and construction part of documentation. The house is partly cellared with one floor and hipped roof. The building is designed of building materials, which are traditionally used for an area of central Europe.

Those are heat-insulating ceramic fittings Heluz Family 2v1 with polystyrene foam inside the cavities. The main materials used for building the house include brick shaped Heluz. New family house in Kudlov

The object of this bachelor work is a new building of a family house in Kudlov. It is timberwork of a rectangular pattern with a saddle roof and desk dormer windows. The object is in a steep land. The basement is made of permanent shuttering blocks and it is partly embedded into the slope. The overhead construction is timberwork frame construction with an attic. The structure should be close to a classical curbed house from the architectural aspect. The part of foreside is facing with planks imitating components of timbering and the part is rendered. The plinth and the masonry of the basement are facing with stones. The roofing is made of an artificial slate. The house is calculated for two people living there.
