This bachelor’s thesis deals with the proposal manufacturing technology of a rotary component on a universal machine. The main point of this work is a full technological preparation of production of the component shape of shaft. In the following paragraph is proposal used machines and tools for production. Below is a technological and economic evaluation of production and finally is a description of production of sample component.

Modifying of the eccentric shaft and gear for vertical forging press

This diploma thesis deals with the design and realization of a detachable joint for transferring a large torque from a drive to a driven member in a vertical forging press. The first part analyzes the disadvantages of production, assembly and disassembly of the original wedge joint of eccentric shaft and gear. The design of a new detachable joint is intended to remove the disadvantages of the original joint. Verification calculations are part of the proposal. The next part deals with the production of joint elements and the modification of the connected components for the designed joint.

Application of Fused Deposition Modelling Method to Production of Planetary Mechanism Model

This thesis aims to deal with designing and construction of the planetary mechanisms mod-el with using the technology of Rapid Prototyping. Virtual model was designed by para-metric program SolidWorks 2013 and produced by 3D printer called Dimension uPrint, which uses Fused Deposition Modeling for the production. The thesis also includes the description of the planetary mechanism especially from theoretical, practical and also construction knowledge. The thesis contains the description of Fused Deposition Modeling too. The model of planetary mechanism is using as an educational tool especially for students of BUT Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the subject Kinematics.

Production of the Aluminium Bodies for the Oil Filter on a CNC Machine

The main theme of this bachelor's thesis is the production of aluminum housing for the oil filter module on a CNC machine. The work includes an introduction to its casting, a brief acquaintance with the various components of which the oil module consists, a description of the function of the oil module and a selection of CNC machine and the tools. The work also includes production process, instruction cards and drawings. Finally here is NC program according to which the functioning unit was produced. In the conclusion of the bachelor's thesis there follows an economic evaluation.

The essence of this bachelor’s thesis is describe production of charging dock on FDM printer. The thesis virtually describes the whole process of manufacturing, from its 3D computer design, and setting up its production according to an applicable software, to its actual production. The thesis concludes with an economic evaluation and properties of the production process.

This thesis deals with the real production of component by using investment casting technology. The thesis describes characteristics of investment casting technology, subsequently construction of 3D component, production of silicone mould, production of wax (plastic) of the model component. At the end of the work is provided technical and economic evaluation.

Vibration at turning

This thesis deals with vibration which occurs during the cutting process in turning. It describes vibration, types of vibration and its causes. It also provides a basic description of the turning technology. The main part of the thesis is a description of self-excited vibrations, an unwanted phenomena in the turning process, which needs to be eliminated or reduced. The experimental section of the thesis aims to measure natural frequencies of the machine-tool-workpiece system and to create a stability diagram for this process.

Analysis of errors in the manufacturing process and their elimination

My thesis presents the process of electromagnet production, including how the process is organised. My goal is to improve these techniques by refining them. To obtain the required data, the company's records were extracted and measurements were taken directly from the manufacturing process. Through examination of the data, any processes which created financial or temporal deficits were identified. Conclusions were then offered to solve these problem areas. These mainly involve alterations to the machinery settings, the delivery of materials and the management of production.
