I applied stretching of myofascial structures using foam rolling method and then yoga stretching exercise with the first patient. With the second patient I used only yoga stretching exercise. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to determine, if the effect of stretching combined with foam rolling in advance to affect myfascial structures is greater than using only yoga stretching exercise. Patients performed therapy at home ten times. The results show that the stretching is more effective if fascial system is taken into account. The effect was tested...
