The system of the social support in the Czech Republic - purpose and development

This theses deals with the subject area of social support. In twelve chapters, seeks a comprehensive approach to the problems associated with the Act no. 117/1995 Coll., On state social support, as amended, together with other relevant legislation. Thirteenth chapter shows differences in selected models of social policy that creates the conditions for social trends and priorities of social assistance in the state. The aim of this study was to analyze the wide variety of subject state social support, while trying to find an appropriate way related sources which illustrate the deeper meaning of this institute. Through analysis of relevant documents has been the formation of a complex form of comments on the law on state social support in the form, which is still legal in the scientific community are missing. At the same time during processing work we managed to point to some small legal errors made by the legislator in creating the law on state social support committed. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
