The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the city of Zlín, place on Kudlov. The new building is situated in a slightly sloping. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground. The purpose is to build a building for housing. The rest of the building consists of technical and storage spaces. There is one entrance from the west side of the building, where there is parking and access roads. Roofing is solved with a single-layer flat roof.

The bachelor thesis is focused on designing residential building located in Kroměříž 1539/61, 1539/55. The building is a four-storey single-detached residence, which has partial basement and eight housing units. On the first floor there are two units and on the second and third floor there are three units. Masonry is designed with ceramic blocks. Ceiling system is based on semi-mounted ceilings with ceramic inserts. Roof construction is a single-skin flat profile roof. The bachelor thesis contains project documentation for construction work.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new-built apartment building in Hrabišin. The form corresponds to the project documentation for the building permit. It is a two-storey, partially basement building with a flat roof based on the base passages. On the above-ground floors, 5 residential units are designed for 14 people. A carriage and a 1st floor cleaning room are accessible to all users. In the basement there are cellars for all apartments, a boiler room and a common dryer. The parking is solved beside the apartment building on the paved area plus 5 garage parking spaces. The construction system is bricked two-way from the brick walls of Porotherm, except for the perimeter basement walls, which are lined with concrete fittings (lost formwork). The ceiling structure is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams POT and MIAKO inserts. The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new building of a family house with a bicycle shop and bicycle service in the cadastral territory of the village rozdrojovice in the construction of family houses. The building is a two-storey basement, consisting of the first and second floors. A garage is attached to the family house. The family house is designed as one-generation (for a family of four), the garage is designed for one car. From the residential part there is a transfer to the garage and the shop. Over the store's store there is a roof terrace with access from the second above-ground floor. The building is based on plain concrete base strips, the porotherm ceramic blocks are made of porotherm ceramic ceilings and porotherm beams. The roof of the building is solved with a single-layer flat roof. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the northeast, the residential part of the house is oriented east, west and south.
Family house in Čechočovice

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a family house in Čechočovice in the district of Třebíč. The family house is designed as a two-storey, partially basement building, roofed by two ramps. The project was created for the purpose of designing a permanent home for a 5-member family with the possibility of two garage parking spaces. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system and insulated with extruded polystyrene. The perimeter walls of the above floors are made of Porotherm brick blocks with embedded mineral insulation. The ceiling structure is designed from the Porotherm system. The plot is slightly inclined. Part of the proposal is thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solutions and assessment in terms of acoustics and daylight. The thesis contains a drawings and technical documentation and it is composed as an implementation project.

This bachelor thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation for construction, building of a family house with a butcher's shop in Velaticích. The building is located on plot no 2025/4, in the cadastral territory of the Velatice. The house is divided into living part and operational. It is situated in a built-up area. Part of the housing has two floors, the establishment of one above-ground floors, the building is a partial basement included are two garages, one in the center and the other in the operating part . Next to the plot is the local communication IV.class. The design of the house respects the territorial plan of the municipality and the street development. Project documentation is processed in accordance with the current wording of the applicable laws, regulations and standards. The outline of the house is a regular, roofing solved in two flat roofs. The structural system of a wall, walled. The building is situated on a flat surface.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on design and elaboration of documentation for construction of a detached house in Blažovice. The house is to be situated on plot number n.653/1,cadastre unit:Blažovice. The house is divided into living part for a family and GP surgeries. The part for living is two floored, GP surgeries only one,object is partial basement, includes a garage for two cars. A local road is located near by the plot (classIVroad). The proposition and the design of the building have respect for both commune plan and current buildings. The documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. Platform of the building has an irregular shape, roofs are designed as flat roofs. Structural system of the building is designed as wall - and - masonry structural system. The building is located in a mild terrain.
Family house in Rokytnice nad Rokytnou

This bachelor thesis solves the design of a family house in Rokytnice nad Rokytnou in the district of Třebíč. The family house is designed as a two-story building with a basement, warm flat roof and a garage for two cars. The design respects the nature of the surrounding area and makes full use of the site. Designed for 4 to 6 people. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of Porotherm ceramic fittings and insulated with polystyrene. The perimeter walls of the above-mentioned floors are also made of Porotherm ceramic fittings with embedded thermal insulation. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The plot is mostly flat. The thesis contains the drawing and documentation in the form of the implementation project, the design includes also the thermal technical assessment, the fire safety solution, the acoustic assessment and the lighting assessment.

The theme of the diploma´s thesis is a new building of a multipurpose cultural centre in Veselí nad Moravou, district Hodonín. Structural system consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete construction and a sand-lime masonry. Roof is designed as a flat roof and a flat vegetation roof. The vertical communication space is solved by reinforced concrete staircases and elevator. The building is located near the elementary art school.
