Reintegration of Women into the Labour Market after Maternity Leave and Complications Associated with the Connection of Family and Work Life

The thesis deals with the reintegration of women with young children to the labor market after maternity leave. Identifies the most common barriers women face and describes various tools that can support these women successfully return and to balance work and personal life. The thesis describes the most frequently mentioned tools and measures that can help these women upon their return. The practical part describes and analyzes the range of tools and measures in a large telecommunication company. It also describes other possible measures that can help to increase the number of women returning to work after parental leave in this company.
Labour migration of Czechs in the United Kingdom

Diploma thesis is focused on Czech migrants living in United Kingdom. I placed particular emphasis on the economic aspects of migration and integration in the labour market. The core of the thesis is to describe the situation on the labour market in United Kingdom, statistical data are complemented by issues of the local labour law. The integrity contributes my own research focused mainly on the position of migrants on the British labour market.
Czech Republic State Debt - Risks and Consequences

Thesis on "Czech Republic State debt -- risks and consequences " analyses the origin, the development and the structure of the Czech Republic state debt since the 90s of the 20th century to the present in the context of the political and historical connections. The first part is a theoretical definition of the topic and related concepts. Further, the development of the Czech Republic debt is chronologically described since the establishment of the independent state in 1993 until the present. There are specified the consequences of the state debt with GDP indicator and with development of unemployment. The thesis describes the causes and consequences of the state debt origin, as well as risks associated with its long-term effects. There is described a historical context of the debt origin, possibilities and methods of its funding. This thesis also deals with state debt in the EU countries. The practical part evaluates the current situation and future trends, furthermore the evolution of debt in selected EU countries is analysed and the Czech Republic state debt is compared with the Baltic countries.

The aim of this thesis is to identify social problems that appear on area Strmilovsko (including local parts) focused on issues related to views on subjects and objects of social policy. The practical outcome of this work are the results of field surveys, which will be used in the process of community planning. Another outcome is a catalogue of offers and services at leisure and social areas for selected municipalities.
Development and comparison of statutory levies on income from employment in the Czech Republic from 2006 to present

The bachelor thesis involves statutory levies on income from employment. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the development of personal income tax, social insurance and health insurance contributions which burden incomes from employment. Development and changes are analysed over the timeframe from 2006 to 2015. Furthermore, the aim of the thesis is to display the ascertained changes in the statutory levies, that most taxpayers who receive income from employment can relate to, inclusive of the effect of these levies on the net wage, providing examples of individual taxpayers. The taxpayers are chosen in such a way that the changes in social and health insurance, along with tax burdens imposed on individuals with high, low and average incomes from employment, and on those with children, is made evident.
Women after Maternity and Parental Leave on the Labour Market in the Czech Republic

This work provides a coprehensive perspective on the status of women after maternity and paternal leave on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the defining the terms relating to the understanding of issues such as labour market and its regularities, defines maternity and paternal leave, including comparison with selected countries of European union. The second part includes original investigation by a moderated conversation with target group on the basis of which they are formulated own conclusions and recommendations. The conclusion contains a summary of findings including proposal to increase the employability of women after maternity and paternal leave.
Assertion of Czechs on the Labour Market in Germany

This bachelor thesis engages in multinational labour market and labour migration in the European Union, it's history and evolution focusing especially on the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The bachelor thesis takes account of the basic macroeconomic quantities like unemployment or wage policies, compares them and explores dependencies on location, sex or education of the employees. It focuses on the tax policies and social policies as well. The bachelor thesis solves particular figures considering the distribution of the Czech employees in the Federal Republic of Germany, depending on the geographical location, age, sex or education. The bachelor thesis occupies with the most common branches, Czech people find their use in, too. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis, the attractiveness of working in Germany for FM VŠE students is being solved.

This bachelor work is focused on the topic of e-sport and former professional players of e-sport. It deals with a summery and subsequent analysis of former professional e-sport players in the labour market. The theoretical part is focused on becoming acquainted with basic information on e-sport, the labour market, re-training and the national employment policy. It provides basic information about companies and games that they operate. The practical part analyses the concrete possibilities of former e-sport players in the labour market, while at the same time providing the thoughts of these players on the given issues. It aims to analyse and evaluate the specific options of these players.
Comparison of selected Family Benefits in the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic and Italy

Bachelor thesis describes social policy, social security system and state social support, as its part. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the comparison of family benefits specifically the child benefit and parental contribution provided in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Italy. Following part of my work specifies the coordination of social security arising from the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (ES) num. 833/2004 and num. 987/2009. This part also includes the application of principals and procedures in practical examples. In conclusion are evaluated the differences in compared benefits and the results found by applying the rules of coordination in real situations.
