The influence of longterm unemployment on work motivation

For the bachelor thesis was chosen the topic "The influence of longterm unemployment on work motivation." Specifically, the issue of returning to work after maternity / parental leave. The reason for selecting the personal experiences of finding employment after maternity / parental leave and personal experience with the course "Education for women / men on maternity / parental leave". Also, nationwide importance of the topic and a certain marginalization. Bachelor thesis is focused on the unemployed in Rokycany in the Pilsen region. In this work, access to the statistics of the Labour Office Pilsen. From the statistics were obtained data on the unemployment situation in the region. The aim is to penetrate into the problems of parents returning to work after maternity / parental leave and assess what effect the return of a specialized course completion. This work compares success in finding jobs for the unemployed who have completed a specialized course and who does not. The data was electronically distributed among the participants of the above mentioned course through questionnaire survey, also part was filled with the long-term unemployed parents after maternity / parental leave, in cooperation with the Labour Office in Rokycany. On the basis of information obtained from the literature and from a personal investigation are drawn appropriate conclusions, tested set of statistical hypotheses and draw recommendations for practice.

The thesis discusses the issue of stress and its impact on work performance of employees in the food processing business. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the influence of stress on work performance and the overall satisfaction with the working environment. The thesis consists of two fundamental parts - theoretical part and empirical part. Theoretical part defines terms such as stress, its stages, how to be resistant to it and how to handle it. Subsequently it defines stress in the context of working environment. Empirical part addresses the main objective of the thesis, which is analysed in detail using adequate statistic methods and designated hypotheses. The selected method for collecting the data is by survey.

The bachelor thesis is about current stress problems focusing on employees in the medical establishment. The thesis is dividend into two major parts, theoretical and practical. I will read and review specialized literature about stres, stress reaction, stressors, stress measure, burnout measure and others. The empirical part is dividend into two parts. The first one is a questionnaire survey. It will determine if there is a diference in perception of stress in diverse age categories, if absence of exercise has an effect on stress or if women with children are more susceptible to stress. In the second part is used Meister questionnaire, which compares perception of stress between age categories.
