House with motoservis

The project processes technical documentation of a detached family house with motoservis in the newly pulled over territory. The building i located in Lysá nad Labem. The building has two floors and no basement. In the first floor there is the workshop – motoservis for the homeover. The house has a garage with parking for one car. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building sytem Porotherm. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 10%. Roofing is skived metal. The roof of the first floor is designed as a flat with minimum slope 3%. It is designed for walking.
Hotel

Diploma thesis deals with the complex desing documentation newly-built hotel. The building is situated in the centre of Brno in the cadastral Brno – Trnitá. The hotel is desingned for temporary accommodation and small conferences. It is four-storey building with flat roof and without a basement. Cast-in-place reinforced concrete farme is used for structural system with locally supported slab. It used clay bloks for infill wall. The whole building is insulated external thermal insulation composite system from mineral wool. For visitors to the hotel is parking available in the south part of the land. The hotel is desingned for visitors with limited mobility and orientation.
The Motel near the Novomlýnských ponds

Diploma thesis deals with the complex design documentation of newly-built motel near the Novomlýnských ponds with separate buildings. The building is situated near the D52 motorway in the cadastral Perná. The motel is designed for temporary accommodation, eating and recreation. It is a two-storey building with flat roof and without a basement. Besides the main building, there are also four bungalows. The building is designed with traditional building materials. The hotel is desingned for visitors with limited mobility and orientation.
Civic amenities building

The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of the building of civic amenities in Hodonín. In particular, the leisure centre. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis comprises architectural and structural designs, building physics assessment and energy certificate of the building. The leisure centre is a two-storey building with a flat green roof. It features various teaching rooms, including a language classroom, drama class, dance studios, technical facilities, and staff rooms. The superstructure consists of sand-lime block walls and pre-stressed concrete panel floor and roof structure. The envelope wall is insulated with ETICS. The second part focuses on the design of selected building services: space and domestic hot water heating, cooling, ventilation, and rainwater management. The heat is supplied by local district heating. Mechanical ventilation with two air handling units and a fan-coil cooling system is designed to ensure optimal indoor air quality. The third part is dedicated to the spatial acoustics in the different rooms part of a building, with an emphasis on improving the acoustic comfort for different activities and teaching rooms.
Accommodation

This Master's thesis deals with design of accommodation facility. The building si situated in the town of Boskovice, close to sports complex Červená zahrada. The buiding was built on slope. It contains three above floor, one basement floor which is accsesible from the ground. On the basement floor, there is sports complex. On the first floor, there is restaurant. The second and the third floor is intended for accommodation. The building has capacity of 50 beds. These are divided into one to four-bed rooms. The bricked construction system is made of sand-lime blocks. The ceilings are from prestressed concrete floor slab. The buiding has green roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Family home in Moravany u Brna

This bachelor´s thesis is a project of semidetached house for two generations of family. House is situated on periphery of Moravany.The building consists of two flats, between them is garage for two cars. Smaller flat is single-storey building, second one is storey and with cellar. Flats are connected conservatory, from here is entrance to garden. Struktural system is Porotherm. Semidetached house is roofed with flat roof, part of this is extensive green roof. Main entrances are in ground floor. Ground floor serves to staying during day. Here are kitchen, and living room. In smaller flat is also bedroom and bathroom. In bigger flat is cast-in-place reinforced concrete staircase. In cellar there are storages, workshop, laundry, utility room and workshop. From cellar is external staircase to garden. Second floor is designed for rest, here are bedrooms with bathrooms and entrance to terrace.
Cultural Center Brno

The work deals with a design of Culture centre in Brno located on the gap site in front of park Obilní trh on Údolní street. An urban design concept keeps all of existing buildings that are currently in use and completes a frontage line of surrounding historic buildings. Broader entrance area is created by a cantilevered structure. Main point of the design is a courtyard, or a big atrium with symetrically curved shape, allowing daylighting and interconnection of inner spaces. Architectural design is given by a concept of the cultural center being a „sprouted grain“, or a place for talent display and collective evolution. Hallway, passageway, corridors and foyer are placed around a courtyard, space dynamics is itensified with a circular staircase. The Building of the Cultural center is composed of two parts: anterior one (northern part) with a courtyard and posterior one with bigger multipurpose hall and its support area (southern part), set in a sloping terrain. Anterior part consists of several rooms of versatile use (smaller hall, practice rooms, clubrooms) and studios that can be linked together to create an exhibition area, plus staff, technical and sanitary facilities. On street level, there are entrances to commercial spaces and a tea-room with a bookstore. A street-facing facade (northern one) is designed as a curtain wall, glazed in central part with circular staircase and thin marble pannels cladding on sides. As for the courtyard, a structural facade with glazing in combination with marble panelling is used.
Polyfunctional house

The main aim of the thesis is to design a new building of the mixed-use building in Brno. The building consists of two parts. One part consists of shops. The second part consists of offices and conference space. It is a building that has three floors above ground and one underground. In the basement there are a facilities and a garage. Shops are designed on the ground floor. There are offices on the second floor. Conference rooms are on the third floor. The building has a flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. In the core of the building, the vertical load bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Columns are used in the building for the possibility of open space. The masonry of the basement consists of white bathtub. The floors are designed as folded from the Spiroll system. Internal non-load-bearing walls are designed from gypsum board with double cladding. The second part of the work deals with forced ventilation, cooling and central heating. In the third part of the project I deal with acoustics. The project was carried out in the Auotocad program. All constructions comply with valid standards and regulations.
Planetarium with coffee

Thesis on "Planetarium with coffee" is processed in the form of project documentation for construction. The proposed facility is designed as a two-storeyed without basement with the main ground plan dimensions of 52,8 x 27,47 m and is located near the village Lošov close to Olomouc. The building is operationally divided into a part intended for public entrance and a part for operation and maintenance. Loadbearing structural system is reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton based on monolithic reinforced concrete foundation footings. Ceiling structure consists of reinforced concrete, monolithic, locally supported, cross reinforced floor slab. Vertical external walls are made of ceramic blocks with contact thermal insulation system. Part of the front rounded facade is designed as glass fronted. The building is covered by a warm flat roof. Roof cladding consists of vegetation layers, walkable terrace or non-walkable structure of roof cladding. The planetarium itself is covered by a reinforced concrete dome with a thermal insulation layer of plates of foamed glass. Fillings of doors and windows are made of aluminum profiles with isolating triple glazing. The building meets the requirements for barrier-free use of buildings.
The Renovation of the former District Court in Zlín

The Bachelor´s thesis is about the restoration and new use of the District Court in Zlín. The building hasn´t been using for a long time. Therefore, the aim of this work is to find a suitable architectural design which meets the requirements for a new use. This is a guesthouse with restaurant, brewery, spa services, and a small gym. Due to the extensive damage of annex from the north side, the object of the District Court and the newer annex are retained. But the annex will be reduced, two storeys will be demolished because of unstable ground and poor quality of roof insulation. Reconstruction will be favorable to architecture of Zlín. There is new sheathing by facing bricks. The facade of the District Court building is preserved, it has pastel colors.
