Legal personality of kindergarten and its impact on school management in a historical comparison years 1993 - 2013

In this thesis I deal with legal personality of nursery schools. I define the concept of legal personality, describe its influence on school management, present the extent of legal personality of Czech nursery schools in a historical comparison, and briefly also in an international comparison with other European countries. The topic of the thesis directly addresses the field of legal status of schools. In the theoretical section, I describe the current situation, explain relevant terms, and the needs preceding the necessity to establish the legal personality of schools. Furthermore, I present the history and legal terms of legal personality of schools in the time frame of the 1990s when all types of schools gradually gained their legal personality. In a separate chapter, I discuss management of the school as a legal entity. In the research section of the thesis, I show the present extent of legal personality of Czech public nursery schools. The aim of the thesis is to help create a comprehensive view of how legal personality affects school management and the authority of the headmaster as an executive of an organization with legal personality.

The Allergic Child in the Pre-School Environment

Alergická onemocnění jsou řazena mezi choroby civilizační,jejich vzestup je přirozeným a nepříznivým důsledkem rozvoje lidské společnosti.Těm,kteří alergiemi trpí,často výrazně zhoršují život.Počet alergiků stoupá v posledních desetiletích velice výrazně.Obrovské pokroky v medicínských znalostech a ve vývoji nových účinných a bezpečných léků nestačí tempu vývoje onemocnění. Alergické choroby jsou známy od starověku. Výraz alergie pochází z řeckého slova "allos"-jiný a "ergon"-reakce.Pojem astma použil Homér ve své Ilias,objevuje se i u Hippokratových žáků.Přesnou charakteristiku astmatu lze zjistit u Aretaea v 1 .stol.po Kristu.Až do středověku byly příčiny alergických reakcí řešeny spíše filozoficky.Teprve van Helmont označil astma za místní onemocnění průdušek a vyjmenoval i příčiny jeho vzniku,zejména prach a ryby .V 17.století se lékaři věnovali popisu nemocí a začali vyhledávat původce astmatických potíží.V 19.století vynalezl Laënec vyšetřování poslechem,objasnil se patologický nález astmatu a vdechování kyslíku bylo doporučeno jako léčebný krok při záchvatu.V medicíně bylo slovo alergie zavedeno Clemensem von Pirguetem v roce 1910,který jím nemyslel žádnou konkrétní chorobu,pouze jím označil pozorovanou nežádoucí reaktivitu u dětí na podání séra proti záškrtu.Netušil,že tím zahájil rozvoj nového...
