Vybrané antinutriční látky v krmivech
Částková, Monika
This bachelor thesis focuses on ceratin number of selected anti-nutritional substances which are contained in animal feed. The thesis is a summary and a closer investigation of these substances. The first part of work focuses on the division of the anti-nutritional substances, according to the way they are absorbed into the feed if they are not a natural component. Further the greater part of the work is devoted to the selected anti-nutritional substances. For each of the substances the chemical structure is described together with the most frequent occurrence, mechanism of the modifications to the organism, the negative effects and influence on the health. Moreover, for some of the substances their levels in plants are indicated together with the maximum amount allowed at feeding in which there are no detectable negative influences on the organism. The final part of the thesis presents how to eliminate the anti-nutritional substances by breeding or technological procedures so that their negative influences are at their lowest levels.
Hodnocení obsahu organických živin a mykotoxinů v píci kostřavy rákosovité a jílku vytrvalého
Částková, Monika
This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the content of mycotoxins and organic nutrients in Festuca arundinacea, Lolium perenne and Festulolium in the years 2015 to 2018. The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluated if species, year or fertilization can affect content of mycotoxins and organic nutrients in forage. The detected mycotoxins were DON and ZEN evaluated by ELISA. The deoxynivalenol content was significantly influenced by the year (P˂0.05). The lowest mycotoxin DON was detected in 2016, when it was not detected in some samples at all, and in 2017 in all samples. The results for ZEN were similar to those for DON, with similar values for the same species, only for ZEN at lower concentrations than for DON. The difference was in ZEN amounts because ZEN was detected in all samples and evidence of species, year or fertilization effect haven´t been confirmed. Amounts dry matter, nitrogen, fiber, NDF and ADF were determined. The fiber content was significantly influenced by the year (P˂0.05) and species (P˂0.05). The influence of the year (P˂0.05) and species (P˂0.05) was also significant for NDF and ADF. The species (P˂0.05) and species-fertilization interactions (P˂0.05) had significant effect on the content of nitrogen compounds. The results of this work showed that the effects of mycotoxins as well as organic nutrients can be affect by several influences, namely the year mainly for the temperature changes and the annual precipitation, but also the type of forage. Mycotoxins have been detected in most samples, but in low concentrations that they fullfil all permitted limits.
Farm in the cave: Disconnected
Částková, Monika ; GREMLICOVÁ, Dorota (advisor) ; OPAVSKÁ, Andrea (referee)
The thesis studies and describes movement in physical theatre. Specifically it works with the production Odtržení of the dance group Farm in the cave. The production was selected as the best production of the year 2016 on the festival of Czech Dance Platform. The thesis uncovers the backstage of preparations of the production, including the study stay in Japan and the process of creation of individual components of the production. It describes the content and the movement interpretation of individual scenes and situations. Since the author of the thesis took part in the production as one of its interpreters and at the same time participated in its choreography, the thesis includes subjective reflections, personal experience and interviews with other actors in the production.
Costume as a scenic element
Částková, Monika ; NĚMEČKOVÁ, Elvíra (advisor) ; WIESNER, Daniel (referee)
In my thesis titled "Costume as a scenic element" I wanted mostly focus on the possibilities of using the costume in stage design. My goal was to answer the question whether it is possible to exploit the costume as the only stage design element, based my on my own choreographic experience and studying work of selected renowed choreographers who, I believe, have created this way.
