The bachelor thesis deals with crisis in the family and their effect on the psychosocial development of the child. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the family and crisis. It also deals with crises in the family and their effect on the psychosocial development of the child. Research examines the perceived effect of crisis in the family for individual and their importance for his future live. For this research was selected biographical design. Data were obtained using the narrative interview.
Long-term monitoring of personal goals in everyday life compared to extended isolation

This thesis deals with the problems of personal goals in the motivation structure of an individual during common life conditions compared to the conditions of long - term isolation. In the theoretical part, there is presented an isolating experiment called ŠTOLA 88 as well as the international research project MARS 500. It is also dealing with topics of motivation, motivation system of personality, personal goals, theories of selfdetermination and resiliences.The empirical part focuses on formation of the personal goals of participants of both experiments and evaluation their changes during last months. It mainly tries to affect the dynamics of changes through the qualitative analysis.
Long-term monitoring of emotional stability in everyday life compared to extended isolation

This bachelor's thesis deals with the theme of emotional stability in daily life compared with its long-term isolation. It is based on a comparative Czech study of the international research MARS 500, which simulated a long interplanetary flight to Mars over 17 months. The thesis is divided into two thematic units: the theoretical part and the research. The theoretical part describes the area of emotional traits and states, emotional regulation, and its strategy. Furthermore, it examines emotional stability, stress, and resilience. It also describes the emotional ties to our interpersonal relationships and the inspiring environment in which we find ourselves. Besides, it identifies the specifics of the groups in the extreme conditions. The research represents a qualitative analysis of the emotional profiles of the participants ? a crew consisting of six people ? in isolation and a control group ? consisting of 12 Czech men ? who lived a normal everyday life. The work includes visualization and a data evaluation questionnaire EMO (Emotions), which has been reported from all participants of the experiment for 17 months.
Families with a disabled child - coping with difficult family situations

This bachelor thesis is about the difficult situation of mothers who are raising a child with disabilities. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the reaction of the family to the birth of a child with a disability. It then deals with the influence of the birth of a child with disabilities on the life of the mother, describes the difficult living situation, the management burden and its solution. The theoretical part further defines family resilience. The practical part is dedicated to qualitative research, which was carried out in semi-structured talks with four mothers looking after children with mental disabilities. The goal of the research is to transcribe and bring closer to the reader the difficult situation which the birth of a child with a mental disability creates, and to describe how mothers cope with such a situation. The practical part consists of case studies.
The case study of motivational structure of resiliency of kindergarten teachers

This case study deals with the theme of resiliency and motivational structure of kindergarten teachers. The first theoretical part focuses on a teacher?s personality, stress and burn-out syndrome connected with this profession, resilience and motivational structure. The practical part consists of four case studies, which are based on four life stories. The case studies are analysed with a help of resiliency thermometer and PCI (Personal Concern Inventory) questionnaire, which discovers a motivational structure.
Qualitative research on family systems of people with addictions

The bachelor thesis deals with family issues and addiction issues. Explains some important concepts from the field of addiction and families in general. Specifically, it deals with alcohol dependence and addiction to slot machines. The aim of this work is to find from which the family environment come people with alcohol dependence or gamblers and then trace some common characteristics (risk factors) in these families, which could be one of the causes of addiction.

The practical part of the thesis is consisted of the three case studies, interpretations of these studies and interpretation of Personal Concern Inventory (PCI), which was used to detect their motivational structure Aim of the work is to find out the basic personal characteristics of resilient individuals, their coping strategies and motivational structure.
Czech-Islamic marriages from the viewpoint of gender

The thesis is deal with Czech-Islamic marriages from the viewpoint of gender. The first part characterises the basic concepts, marriage traditions in a purely Czech society, the issue of gender in the Czech marriage, marriage traditions in a truly Islamic society, Islamic marriage, gender issues, gender issues in Czech-Islamic marriage, the ethical impact of migration, including the ethical impact of cultural migration, potential misuse of the Institute to ensure family reunification residence permit in the Czech Republic, an example of migration, with specific policy approach in France. The practical part includes a rationale for selecting the research sample, showing the chosen research methodology. Based on the interviews is confirmed by the hypothesis of the thesis that the cultural influence of gender, as a bearer of a different conception of the of man-woman gender in Islamic culture, and Czech, respectively. Czech-Islamic marriages is a significant factor in causing marital disharmony. Mutual two-way cultural knowledge, as well as the presence of tolerance, love and truth, is a prerequisite to guarantee the functional relationship. This fact is verified by the Czech-Islamic couple, in the final case report.
Dynamics of individual motivation under a long-term separation

Presented work deals with the topic of long-term separation and the significant impact on motivational structure, emotion regulation and psychic resilience of the individual. The work is devided into three thematic units. The theoretical part presents the basic of motivation as a construction of motivational structure, emotion regulation, resilience and coherence of those phenomena. Finally, refers to the specific extreme conditions of the isolated group. The experimental part provides the preview of previous isolation experiments and their importance in the psychological research world. The last, empirical part evaluates the dates obtained from The Institute of Biomedical problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences and interprets the results of the methods with close relation of the triangle phenomena of individual motivation ? emotion regulation ? resilience. The work involves the evaluation of Personal Concern Inventory, Questionnaire of emotion and PIL (Laura King).
