The bachelor‘s thesis deals with documentation and construction research of the church of the Ascension of St. Cross in Bystřice nad Olší. The thesis includes the focus of the entire construction and the preparation of sufficient project documentation. Construction technical research focuses on the damage of all building elements, especially on their extent and causes of damage. It includes an evaluation of the current state of the building and a proposal for subsequent repairs. The work will contain the overall photo documentation of the listed building.

Evidence odvodňovacích staveb ve vybrané oblasti

The main object of this work is to trace the physical project documentation of surface drainage in the area of interest in order to assess their condition and compare it with the data taken from the records of the former Agricultural Water Management Authority. The selected area is the Malá Haná region, which is located partly in the South Moravian Region and partly in the Pardubice Region. The research will explain the concept of hydromelioration and then describe the drainage issues, its history and legislation. The current situation and the problems caused by the structures and their prospects are also assessed. In order to prepare the practical part, it is necessary to visit the selected entities and find out whether they have project documentation on surface drainage of drainage systems for the area. On the basis of personal visits to the institutions and field survey, a conclusion is evaluated from the collected data and possibilities are suggested. The ArcGIS Pro software is used to compare the data collected and the data already recorded.

Dřevostavba rodinného domu v Nedvědici

Topic of the master thesis is the design of wooden family house in Nedvědice with system of massive wooden panels. The theoretical section of the thesis is especially focused on summary of materials which the new building may consists. Principles of buildings made of solid wood panels, principles of thermal technology and acoustics are described here. Practical session deals with the design of the individual constructios and then with evaluation in terms of thermo - technical, light - technical and acustic point of view. The output of work is the project documentation of family house for the purpose of building permit and object visualization.

The diploma thesis subject is to design a family house on the plot number 1727 and 1726/2 in the cadastral area of Střelice near Brno, which is sloping. The family house is two-storey, without a basement, divided into two separate housing units. Each apartment unit is designed for a family of three to four. The load-bearing structure of the perimeter walls of the family house consists of a wooden frame structure. The composition of the perimeter wall is diffusely open and composition of the perimeter walls is inspired by the composition of the RD Rýmařov company. The roof of the building is solved partly by a gabled roof and partly by a flat green roof. The first part of the thesis explains the issue of used structures and building elements in the construction of a family house. The second part of the work deals with the methodology of layout design and placement of a family house on a certain plot in the cadastral area of Střelice near Brno. In this part of the diploma thesis, more layout and shape solutions of the building are proposed. The third part deals with a general technical description of the construction. It describes all building structures, the heating system of a family house, the calculation of the fee for removing part of the plot from land resources fund and a description of the connection of the building to the public technical infrastructure network. The last part of the thesis describes the developed energy label of the building envelope, which is an appendix to the thesis. Furthermore, in this part, selected designed structures are assessed in terms of water vapor condensation. The appendix to the diploma thesis is the project documentation for the building permit and production drawings of selected perimeter walls of the building. Another attachment is the energy label of the building envelope.

The thesis presents an overview of the stages of construction documentation and their different detail depending on the purpose of their use, it also contains a list of types of permitting processes and their use inbuilding permits. The practical part of the work is focused on the processing of project documentation for the removal of the existing building from terraced buildings and the subsequent stage of project documentation, which addresses the design of a new wooden building with a frame structure, visually complementing the local housing development. The documentation also contains a proposal for the technical equipment of the building. The assessment of fire safety of the building and a certificate of energy performance of the building including evaluation of results are an integral parts of the work.
