Use Time Series to Analyze the Performance of the Enterprise.

This work deals with the analysis of the financial statements of existing companies with the help of statistical methods and time series. The work is aimed at a large mining company Severočeské doly a.s. At this work will be given the statistical and graphic representation of the various economic indicators and financial statements. Each time series will be compared with professional values and competing firms. In conclusion, based on the results of the company will be proposed some options for improving some indicators.

Rating of Financial Health of the Selected Company

Bachelor´s thesis is concerned with rating of financial health of the company Energetické strojírny Brno, a. s. through financial analysis. On the collected theoretical basis of financial analysis is worked up financial analysis of the selected company. Resulting rates are compared with occupational avarages or recommended rates and objectively reviewed. In the case of negative results are identified their causes. At the conclusion are proposed acquisitions for improvement of financial and economic situation of the company.

These Bachelor thesys is aimed on financial health analysis of company Dusab, spol. s.r.o. with asistence of financial analysis tools. The work is also evaluating company recent economical and marketing situation. Other goal of my thesys is drafting business plan, which aim is increasing of company overal turnover and work productivity to make the company Dusab, spol. s.r.o. successful. On the bases of this analysis there are proposed some solutions and last but not least part of the thesys is creating of the new web pages.

We make financial analysis use of assess level actual financial situation of the firm. We use modern methods to valuation of the firm and we assesmenting efficiency of the firm. And we enthrone plans to improvement financial situation and strategy of the firm and apply them to the future.

The Currency Exchange Effect on the Financial Situation of the Company

This work deals with the currency exchange effects on the financial situation of the company, whose incomes are made up of exports in particular. The theoretical part is aimed at the definition of basic concepts such as currency, exchange rate, currency risk, appreciation and terminology of the financial analysis. The second part deals with the theory of financial derivatives market. The practical part is concentrated on the financial analysis of selected company and its change because of the fluctuation rate of the Czech crown. In the last section provides suggestions for improvement of protection against foreign exchange risk.
