The bachelor thesis deals with basic concepts that relate to receivables, their management and subsequently enforcement in the business corporation. Specifies types of receivables and uses the theoretical knowledge in the analytical part. Based on the financial analysis, a measure is designed to ensure better customers credit assessment and on that basis, to define the criteria for providing business loans and to provide information on the credibility of the customer.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the range of problems relating to debt collection after the due date. Theoretical part is dedicated ensuring termination and methods of debt collection. In the next part of the bachelor thesis I analyze outstanding debt on the entrepreneur Mgr. Lumír Bednařík. Thesis contains suggestions for the kreditor how to ensure his debts and enforced them effectively.

Bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. First part is dealing with the general issue of enforcement of the cessions. It is concerned the legal, accounting and tax aspects. The following part is concerned receivables in selected stock company. More precisely it is trade receivables. Based on the analysis results of receivables current situation in company, I've proposed remedies which would help improve the current situation in Poda Inc.

My bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the debt collection improvement in the enterprise. In the first part which is theoretical, there are explained the basic words from the point of view of accounting, taxes and economics. The businessman is briefly introduced in the second part which is analytical. And finally the analysis of the present conditions of the debt collection is presented. In the conclusive part there is my own proposal of the system of the debt collection described.

The particular recommendations of the most effective way how to secure or collect debts are included in suggestions of solution.
