The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the warehouse space layout design of the new production, dispatch and warehouse hall in the company DIEFFENBACHER–CZ, hydraulické lisy, s.r.o. (hereinafter DCZ). This work results in the proposal of warehouse area and placement within the production, dispatch and warehouse hall, which includes the proposal of warehouse equipment with pallet and cantilever rack system.

Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh optimalizace skladového systému v podniku Motor Jikov Strojírenská, a.s. Návrh se zaměřuje na hmotné a informační toky, skladové procesy, logistické náklady a relevantní logistické ukazatele. Součástí návrhu je stanovení kritických faktorů z hlediska řízení a provozu skladu.
