Application of Lean principles in the Manufacturing of Electromotors

The bachelor's thesis deals with the use of the principles of lean production in a specific assembly hall, in the production of electric motors with an axial length over 153 cm. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the meaning of lean production, its benefits, qualities and shortcomings. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of bottlenecks directly in production, calculation of downtime, and finding out the possibilities of their elimination. The proposal part offers a proposal to change the layout of workplaces, while in the economic part, this proposal is assessed in terms of investment.

Experimentální vozidlo pro výuku

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem experimentálního vozidla pro výukové účely. V úvodu práce jsou popsány elektromotory a jejich charakteristiky. Dále jsou vypsány klíčové parametry vozidla, které mají vliv na jeho dynamické chování. Na základě zadaných podmínek provozu byly zvoleny základní rozměry vozidla a jeho koncepční rozložení komponent. Následně byly vypočteny statické a dynamické síly působící na vozidlo. Tyto síly sloužily jako vstupy do MKP (Metoda konečných prvků) pevností analýzy v programu Ansys. V neposlední řadě byly vyhodnoceny výsledky maximálních napětí a bezpečnosti vzhledem k mezi únavy. Poté byly vypsány rozsahy variabilních parametrů, ve kterých se dají nastavit. Jako poslední byla vypočtena odhadovaná cena experimentálního vozidla.
