Based on the assignment, the bachelor's thesis deals with the design of an apartment building in the village of Rosice, in the cadastral area of Rosice near Brno, near the catchment and regional city of Brno. Locally interesting environment with potential for the future for the development of the wider surroundings of the city of Brno and the development of the village of Rosice itself. According to the zoning plan of the municipality, the considered area meets all requirements for housing development. The building is designed as a free-standing, with one underground floor and two above-ground floors and an attic. The underground floor contains the technical background of the building, a garage for each apartment, as well as a cellar and communication areas. The upper floors contain residential units. Number of apartments 6, of which one barrier-free. Wall construction system made of ceramic precision blocks, ceiling construction made of ceramic ceiling beams and ceramic inserts, monolithic reinforced concrete staircase, saddle roof with heavy concrete roofing. The work contains the implementation documentation of the construction.

Cieľom mojej bakarálskej práce bolo spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie bytového domu Rajhrad, ktorý je určený k trvalému bývaniu. Objekt je situovaný v meste Rajhrad, v katastrálnom území mesta. Obytná budova je navrhnutá ako trvalá stavba určená na bývanie s počtom 8 bytových jednotiek nachádzajúcich sa na 4 poschodiach. Celý objekt je podpivničený na mierne svahovitom teréne, pričom v podpivničenej časti sa nachádzajú pivničné kóje, kde sú navrhnuté odkladacie priestory pre každý byt. 1.NP a 2.NP sú identické a obsahujú byty 2+kk a garsónku. Na 3.NP sa nachádza garsónka ale tiež objekt obsahuje 2 mezonetové byty, ktoré pokračujú do 4.NP. Monolitické doskové schodisko a súčasne osobný výťah spája jednotlivé podlažia. Vstup sa nachádza na severnej strane objektu. Do objektu sa dá vstúpiť pomocou schodiska, alebo bezbariérovo pomocou rampy. V rámci projektu je navrhniuté parkovisko s 18 parkovacími miestami, z toho dve sú pre osoby s obmedzenou schopnosťou pohybu. Konštrukčný systém je pozdĺžny stenový pričom suterénne steny sú železobetónové a steny nadzemných podlaží sú z keramických tvaroviek porotherm hrúbky 300mm. Vnútorné nosné steny sú porotherm hrúbky 300mm, priečky sú hrúbky 140mm. Stropy sú z keramických nosníkov a vložiek miako. Schodisko je dvojramenné monolitické železobetónové. Konštrukčná výška je 3,25m a svetlá výška 2,9m. Celý objekt je zateplený kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom ETICS a zastrešený nepochôdznou plochou strechou.
