First part is overview of solved problems, I acquired information from the literature. Next part is methodics and the most important part is solutions and results. In this part there is statistical research.

Activation Activities as an Integral Part of Social Work in Nursing Home in Benešov

This bachelor thesis is aimed to the activation activities as a part of social work in the nursing home. The goal of the theoretical part of bachelor work is to describe social work, roles and job description of social worker and describe each activation activities used in the Nursing home Benešov. In the Theoretical part there are named personality assumptions, roles and job description of social worker in nursing homes. This part deals with descriptions of activities in the Nursing home Benešov. Theoretical part was created by using of analysis and synthesis of data from scientific literature and the other sources of dealing with the problems of the elderly and with activation activities. The goal of practical part is to find what are the possibilities and limits of social work focusing on activation activities in Nursing home Benešov. Depending on the goals have been established two research questions. The main research question is: What are the specifics of social work in a nursing home? Partial research question asks what is the role and activities of social workers in activation activities in the nursing home. For the goal of bachelor thesis was chosen the qualitative research. I have used the questioning method and the technique of the semi-structured interview and the secondary analysis of data and the method of SWOT analysis. The research has shown that social work in a Nursing home Benešov is limited by many factors. There is a lack of financial sources, which greatly affects the activation programs, there is a bad client motivation. Roles and activities of social workers in Nursing home Benešov are similar for the two respondents and one respondent operates mostly as a coordinator of social work and activation activities. The gained knowledge of this bachelor thesis can be used as a source of activation activities and social work in a Nursing home Benešov and also as a basis for improving services in this facility. The work will be used as feedback for the device, where the research was conducted.

The Leisure of Preschool Children

The purpouse this bachelor's thesis is to determine, what is leisure, explain game in preschool age, which concerns leasure time. I focused on factors affecting leisure, which is mostly family, but also the media, or personal needs. For the practical part, I chose to research by doing interviews with parents of children attending kindergarten in the Czech Budejovice and Opařany. Those parents explained to me, how their children spend most of their free time, and how they support them in activities. From this, I have done joint evaluation

Events and teambuilding as part of motivation program of selected company

The main theme of my bachelor thesis was to focuse on team, teambuilding and its preparation and organisation. First of all I´ve created literary summary of the given topic, then I did questionnaire survey and structured interview. Aim of this bachelor thesis was mapping of public subconscious and employees subconscious of selected company about teambuilding theme, and detection, how should look teambuilding program and what does have to be its parts. But of course, main objective was to explain reasons for those types of events and teambuilding actions at human resources management in the selected company. Thanks to results of analysis to suggest evantualities how to implement this actions which means to create teambuilding program for selected company.

The influence of project based learning on students' attitudes to instruction

The dissertation is focused on changes in an attitude and initiative students at secondary special school with gastronomy orientation to study special subjects after realization a creative project: "Welcome Day - Day of Open Door - Halloween." The target group are students of Secondary School and College for Tourist Industry in České Budějovice. The dissertation is divided into fifth chapters. I the first two chapters different opinions of experts in teaching methods, classical and alternative methods of education and teaching, teachers competence and authority participation, experimental education are compared. The thirds chapter contains proposals for topics of project learning in schools with gastronomy orientation. There is an enumeration of folk traditions and their connection with the culture and gastronomy. The fourth chapter describes the project realization in Secondary School and College for Tourist Industry in České Budějovice. The fifth chapter contains the research targets, the research methods and interpretation of research results. The target of the dissertation is questionnaire comparison of students' attitudes after realization the project learning. The research assumptions are that students appreciate extension special subjects of folk traditions and do not reject to participation in the pro?ject realization.

Česká centrála cestovního ruchu - CzechTourism and its activities in Spain and Portugal

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to deal with the organization Czech central office of tourism - CzechTourism and its activities, which this organization produces at its foreign representation in Spain and Portugal. At first the central office is represented in general, explaining, how it was established in these countries and which statute belongs to this organization. Alongside, this work mentions the structure of the organization, its mission, main goals and management. Also specifies the subjects, which corporate with the central office on the national and international level. In the following part is marginally mentioned, how Czech central office of tourism works in whole and what uses for the support of incoming tourism of Czech Republic. The next part is dedicated to foreign representation in Spain and Portugal and specific activities, which the foreign representation uses for promoting Czech Republic, as an attractive destination for travelling in these countries. Finally, I will evaluate the importance of the activities and also possible contribution for mutual relations in the field of tourism.

Using the activation enrichment Lynx (Lynx lynx) in zoo Ohrada, Hluboká nad Vltavou.

Environmental enrichment helps to improve the environmental complexity of animals kept in captivity, it supports animals comfort, stimulates active behaviour and reduces stereotypical behaviour to which predators incline. The work was carried out at The Ohrada zoo in the city of Hluboká nad Vltavou. A couple of Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx) was the research subject. The aim of the work was to evaluate and compare the control observation with the lynx?s behaviour when they were stimulated by enrichment. Enrichment should have stimulted animals to behave actively.

Adaptation of seniors to the stay in homes for elderly persons

This bachelor thesis deals with the adaptation process of older adults to residence in nursing homes. The aim of the thesis is to analyze selected factors which may influence the process of successful adaptation of the elderly to the nursing-home environment. The selected factors include: voluntary decision-making to move into a nursing home, participation in social activities provided by the nursing home as a part of the residential care and intensity of contacts of the residents with their families. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic terms and concepts in relation to the examined issue. The empirical part is a survey designed as a field research. Methods of statistical analysis will be used to analyze the data gained through structured interviews.

The rate of satisfaction of human needs of users in selected social care in Ceske Budejovice

The thesis is focused on the user selected České Budějovice homes for the elderly. On their ability to meet the needs and possibilities of self-realization and utilization of the potential for achieving satisfying this need. The paper described the potential risks that can affect the success of achieving the user's desired objective. In the theoretical part describes the human need for a hierarchical arrangement of Abraham Maslow, their satisfaction, but also the lack of fulfillment. Causes and consequences of lack of fulfillment lack of fulfillment needs of self-realization, for both users and providers are also listed in thesis. The practical part of the thesis is the research that has been conducted using quantitative and standardized interview technique. Targeted research was aimed at maintaining the ability of seniors social facilities and using these skills in meeting the needs of self-realization. Results of the thesis can be used as feedback for reflection facilities, where the research was conducted. It can also contribute to improving the quality of services provided to seniors in individual facilities.

Environment of Tourism - Pacovsko

This work is about Environment of Tourism {--} Pacovsko. It compares possibilities of exploitation activities of tourism in Pacov. In this work is described area on basic methodic teritorial model of tourism. There are answers on questions: "Where the tourists come from?", "What activities are doing they in the area?"... It compares structure of activities, influence of social state on activities in this area find and looks on conflicts, that rise from using the resort by activities of tourism. Preferences of tourists were found by questionary research. Thank to this research were created projects, that could lead to rising number of visitations in this area. Text of work is completed with tabletes, graphs and supplements.
