The aim of the bachelor thesis is processing of the design documentation to execution newly-built single-family house in a village Malinovo. The Family house is a detached house, which is located in the area of newly built complex Tri vody Malinovo. This is a building without cellar with two ground floor and flat roof. Shape of the object is slightly rectangular and the of the entrance to building is the northeast side. The Family house is designed as a one - generation house for a four member family. Next part of building is terrace and hard landscaping for parking two cars, overlapped by wooden shelter. Vertical load-bearing structures are of system Heluz and floor structure is Miako from Heluz company. External plaster building is created by plaster scrape texture.
House of Beauty Salon

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a family house with a beauty salon. The object is a detached two-storey building with a flat roof and a basement and it gives home to five people. The garage and the parking lot for the clients of the salon are also part of the object. The main entrance into the building is situated to the west and the separate entrance for the clients of the salon to the north. The construction system of the house consists of solid wooden CLT (cross laminated timbre) based panels from the Novatop company. The structure is based on foam glass, as by its´ use there is no need for further isolation of the building from the base plate, which is made of steel reinforced concrete. Thanks to good land selection, there were no problems with underground water or possible damage to neighbouring buildings.
FAMILY HOUSE IN MYJAVA

The bachelor thesis is a project of a family house with two floors in Myjava. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The plan of the building is in the rectangular shape. The family house is designed for a family with four or five members. In the basement, there are situated storage, technical room, corridor, gym, storey for fruit and vegetables, laundry and staircase. Through the main entrance we reach the ground floor. The ground floor consists of vestibule, corridor with the entrance to the garage, bathroom and toilet. Then we enter from corridor to guest room, staircase, living room and the dining room connected with the kitchen. From the kitchen is an entrance to the outdoor terrace. The garage is proposed for one car with motorbikes, optionally for two smaller cars. This part of the house does not have a basement. On the first floor are situated two bedrooms for children, bedroom, toilet and bathroom. There is also a balcony, which has an access from bedroom and bedroom and bedroom for children. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Premac DT30 500x300x250 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 250x300x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are also made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi and ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 SK Profi 245x250x249 mm. The vertical non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The roof is gabled with slope 37° and 35°,which is kinked above the garage at the angle 16°,the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design of timber frame house situated in the cadastral area Horná Mariková, region Považská Bystrica. It is detached house standing on the gentle slope near the forest. It is designed for family of four. The house has one storey, residential loft and basement. There is the saddleback roof. The house is designed like a timber frame construction with Fermacell boards. An entrance is situated on the east, living rooms are situated on the south and the west.

The bachelor thesis is the project of the family house in Louny. The family house is project as a two–storeyed house with one basement. The building is designed for four people. The house has flat roof. The above grade masonry is created by POROTHERM system. The bearing walls in basement is created by Prefa BTB system. The partitions are created by POROTHERM system too. The main building entrance is situated to north–east side. In the basement, there are technical room, drying room, storage of vegetable, storage, corridor and vine cellar. The first elevated floor is divided into a vestibule with dressing room, hall, WC, home–working room, living room with eating room, kitchen and larder. You can go to the outdoor terrace from the living room. In the second floor, there are corridor, two rooms for children, WC, 2 bathrooms, bedroom and outdoor terrace. The foreside of exterior walls will be white. North–east foreside of garage and south–west foreside of terrace are created by grey stone lining. The project contains technical, thermal and acoustic appraisal forms.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is working out the project documentation for the process of planning permission of a detached house in the town of Nemšová, which is 16 km from the county seat in Trenčín. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of both floors are designed from the type of system Porotherm, which is a type of block construction system. The basement is built from shuttering blocks from the system of Terrablock, where the blocks are embedded in concrete and interconnected with reinforcement. Roof structure is designed as a single aisle flat roof sitting on the ceiling construction above the last floor. This house has got two floors above ground and a basement. The first floor is used as a social part of the house and the second floor acts as a quiet zone. In the basement there are rooms which serve mainly for all utilities and also as a cellar for storing garden products. There is also a relaxing part of the house which has fitness facilities. The building site is flat and located near the river Vlara, which is separated from the land by a flood dyke to protect against the millennial water. All constructions were designed according to valid ČSN codes and regulations.

This house should be able to accommodate family composed by 4-5 members. The part of the huose is garage. The building has 2 floors and basement. The building with hipped roof is based on brick systém Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain.

The topic of the bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of the house in the city of Nitra. The house has a partial basement with two floors and comprises living spaces. The building contains also the arrivals level, downhill ramp, parking area in front of the garage, patio, outdoor stairs and garage located in the basement of a residential building. Floor plan of the house has a varied shape due to the use of diverse materials with two pent and one flat walkable roof. The house will be located on steep terrain. Entrance to the house is situated to the northeast. During the construction of the object system was used Meccato, Ytong.

The building is without basement and it has two aboveground floors. A part of the first floor consists of veterinary clinic. The building is designed mainly by wall system of Porotherm. There is an aisle roof and a flat roof. The cladding is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system or as a ventilated facade.

Land is in slightly sloping terrain.
