The topic of the bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of the house in the city of Nitra. The house has a partial basement with two floors and comprises living spaces. The building contains also the arrivals level, downhill ramp, parking area in front of the garage, patio, outdoor stairs and garage located in the basement of a residential building. Floor plan of the house has a varied shape due to the use of diverse materials with two pent and one flat walkable roof. The house will be located on steep terrain. Entrance to the house is situated to the northeast. During the construction of the object system was used Meccato, Ytong.

The aim of the project is a new building of a family house with an establishment in the cadastral area Kníničky, South Moravian Region. It is designed for a family of four or five members. The building is without basement and it has two aboveground floors. A part of the first floor consists of veterinary clinic. The building is designed mainly by wall system of Porotherm. There is an aisle roof and a flat roof. The cladding is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system or as a ventilated facade.

The project deals with new building of detached in Brno, part Soběšice. Family house is designed for a family of four to year-round living. The building is designed to approximately in the shape of the letter „L“. It is a two-storey building with basement. Terraces are located to the backyard and to the street. Includes a garage designed for one vehicle. The supporting system object is solved from ceramic blocks Porotherm filled with mineral wool. The construction of the roof is flat, single. Land is in slightly sloping terrain.
FAMILY HOUSE IN STAREJ MYJAVE

The object of the bachelor thesis is the project of the family house with rectangle shaped ground plan and garage in Stará Myjava. The building has a basement, two floors and it is determined for livig of family of four. The house is from the view of disposition divide to the basement with big and empty areas suitable to optional use. On the first floor, there is an entrance into the buildig and its „day section.“ It consists of the kitchen, the livingroom and the dining hall which are functionally connected and by the hallway are linked with a vestibule, sanitary room (the toilet) and the workroom able to use as a bedroom. On the first floor is located the fireplace as a significant architectonical element. The second floor consists of spacious hallway which leads straight to bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The fourth room is the bathroom. Two neighboring rooms have the same balcony. All height levels are connected by reinforced concrete staircase. The garage attached on suthern facade is designed for one car. Vertical bearing walls in basement are made of concrete blocks Prefa BTB 50/30/24. The external bearing walls are built of Porotherm 30 Profi bricks, interior bearing walls from Porotherm 25 Profi. The internal non-bearing walls are 120 mm thick, built of Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D. Insulations of constructions are made of suitable insulating materials – Baumit, Isover or Rockwool. Horisontal bearing constructions are made of ceiling system Porotherm. The object has a gabled roof with slope angle 37° which is changed to 27° on the southern side of the roof. The roof coat is made of Bramac roofing.

The bachelor thesis is the project of the family house with two floors in Ľubotice. It is a detached house with a partial basement in form of a letter T. The building is designed for four people. There is a laundry, gym, technical room, storage and wine cellar in the basement. The first elevated floor is divided into a dressing room, vestibule with the entrance into a garage and bathroom, living room connected with dining room and kitchen, and guest room. There is an entrance into the outdoor terrace in a living room and guest room. Garage is proposed for two cars and does not have a basement. In the second floor there are two bedrooms for children, workroom, chamber, bathroom and bedroom with separate bathroom and dressing room. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Prescot MAX 250x300x500 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 42.5 Ti Profi 248x425x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 AKU P+D 372x250x238 mm. The vertical internal non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11.5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and the inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The gabled roof has 40°, the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house in Myjava. In the house is one living room on the first floor and four are in the second floor. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has two floors and one underground floor. Second floor is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by gabled roof with a pitch 32° and 37°.

Bachelor thesis contains project documentation of a two storey family house with a partial basement. It is a detached house situated in a residential area in Chorvatsky Grob. This family house is designed for four people. The layout is of an irregular shape which resembles the letter ‚L‘. The ground floor and the first floor are connected with an inner rounded U-shaped staircase. In the basement there is a hall which leads to a storage room, a workshop room, a laundry, and to a gym with a separate bathroom. On the ground floor there is a hall, an entrance to the garage, a bathroom, a guest bedroom, a kitchen and a dining, and a living room. Furthermore, there are two outside terraces, which connect the garden with the house. Both terraces can be accessed from the living room. One of them is accessible from the guest room, the other one from the kitchen. On the first floor there are two children‘s bedrooms which lead to the winter garden. There is also an office, a bathroom and a master suite with a dressing room. The gabled roof is constructed under a 40° angle copying the layout of the house. It also has got two dormers. The outer roof is made of concrete Tondach tiles. Basement perimeter walls are made of formwork Prescot Max blocks (250x400x500mm). Floor perimeter walls are made of concrete Ytong Theta blocks (1,8-300 499x249x300mm). The vertical interior load-bearing walls are made of concrete Ytong blocks (P2-400 300x249x599mm). The vertical interior non-load-bearing walls are made of concrete Ytong blocks (P2-400 300x249x599mm). The ceiling constructions are made of traditional ceiling beams desgined by Ytong. Our ceiling is formed by various Ytong beams and inserts (P4-500 599x200x249mm).

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is realization projection of a family house located in village Stráţa. The house has a partial basement and consists of a living area as well as of an operational area designed for a dentist ambulance. The object contains parking slots for four cars and one parking space in garage, which is situated in the basement of living area of the house. The ground plan of the house has mostly rectangular shape with flat roof. The building is planned to be situated on slightly sloping terrain. The entrace to the dentist's ambulance is situated on the north side and the entrance to the living area of the house is located on the east side. The skeleton of the building will be constructed from the YTONG system.

This bachelor´s thesis process the project documentation of two-floor family house with residential loft. The object has partial basement. The part of the house is garage. The house is made of brick system and the foundations are made as footings. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the description of the house, which is written as a technological report of the object. The second part contains project documentation including calculation.

This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of the residential house for one generation. The object has three floors, a basement and third floor is realised as an attic. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The exterior walls of the basement are made of shuttering concrete blocks CSB. The saddle roof above the house is created with the concrete roof tiles BRAMAC. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details. Next, the project contains technical reports, hygrothermal report, fire safety solution and other technical design of the building.
