Effect of food on breeding success of bean beetle \kur{Callosobruchus maculatus}.
KOTRLOVÁ, Jana
The aim of this thesis was to find out if a type of beans and temperature do or do not affect the number of hatched Callosobruchus maculatus. Furthermore, to determine the number of adults who are able to hatch from a single piece of beans and at what temperature. Also to specify which type of beans is best suited to the conditions of temperature 20°C and 30°C. Callosobruchus maculatus has been selected for this experiment because of his simplicity breeding even in room temperature. Evolution lasts from three to six weeks. A three types of beans were chosen for creating hatcheries (Black eyed beans, Mungo, Adzuki). The evaluated data confirmed that the higher the temperature in the hatchery positively affects hatched individuals in all types of beans. Type of beans black eyed beans at 30°C has the highest average production per piece of beans. On the other hand, the lowest production has been measured in the Adzuki type at 20°C. The result of this study could be helpful for breeders of feeding insect, who are accustomed to breed Callosobruchus maculatus in a mixture of the above mentioned types of beans. A literature overview of feeding insects is a complex set of the most common breeding specie, which could be an essential source of information about the breed and hatcheries of feeding insects.
The breeding clubs at secondary school in Pilsen Region
TOCHOROVÁ, Pavla
One of the issues at present-day schools is too much theory and not enough practice. However, a personal experience with the real nature has its valuable position on all education levels. Direct contact with "hobby" organisms may be provided by breeding courses or a leisure time educational institution. In the preamble of this thesis, I focus on a possible use of a breeding course at high schools and its general working conditions. The purpose of the thesis is to look into possible expansion of breeding courses at high schools of Plzen region, to define basic patterns of their activities and evaluation by students. Another purpose is to list most common species in breeding courses.

It evaluates the annual evolution of aggregated states, the amount of hunting and implementation for hunting of roe deer. It is also evaluated catch weight and date of capture of roe deer and wild boars. On the ground of results are set recommendations for the managemet of roe deer and wild boar in hunting.
Sources acoustic noise and bio noise in breeding pigs
VESELÝ, Vojtěch
This bachelor thesis' aim was to measure acoustic noise in swine-breeding farms with fattening pigs barn. We have measured acoustic noise and bionoise in the barn with ventilators on and off. We have chosen two swine-breeding farm - UNIAGRA Jarošovice v Čihovicích v Týně nad Vltavou in the fattening pigs barn. The acoustic and bio noise was measured for one minutes and process was registered every 5 minutes. We have measured in 3 places and at the starting, middle and the end in every barn at the same time of the day. Results were put in graphs and the progress of individual curves was then compared. For all graphs of measured values were determined minimum and maximum and the calculated equivalent sound pressure level. We have found out, that the acoustic noise and bio noise was higher in barn in Chmelná, whether whereas it is bigger barn than in Čihovice and already for the reason that there are more ventilators, when shutdown ventilators, nervous pigs.
Loriini - trade, captive breeding, distribution pattern
HOSPŮDKOVÁ, Hana
This project concerns with making data about numbers of populár lories in wildlife, their biology, protection and threat. Timespace evolution of legendary business was rated from 1981 2013 with using of CITES database. The results are evaluated within the framework of export, import, commoditis, purpose of trade and source of specimens. It was found out that the biggest business was with a live specimens, the most often reason was commercial and ancestry all animals was kept in captivity. Singapore, USA and Japan belonged between main importers. Indonesia, Singapore and South Africa were main exporters. Trichoglossus haematodus and Eos rubra were main kind of animals for business. The biggest success in this industry was registered in 1990 and then less in 1991 and 2005.

Klíma, Miroslav ; Vyvadilová, Miroslava ; Kučera, Vratislav
The methodology includes several options for preparing and maintaining initial donor F1 plants with respect to breeder’s possibilities. The next part presents the basic techniques for explant preparation, establishing of in vitro culture, regeneration of shoots and whole plants, transferring to non-sterile conditions, multiplying, identification and selection of diploid materials for further breeding. Attached there are specifications of cultivation media used. Important stages are documented with the help of figures.

A PROPOSAL OF THE SYSTEM OF INFORMATION FOR BREEDERS OF WARM-BLOOD HORSES
HAVLOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of this work was to compile a summary of the information provided to the public breeders by the five warm-blood horse breeding organizations in the Czech Republic. Mentioned horses are used for sporting purposes. A similar report was done on the extent and quality of information provided to the public breeders in neighboring European countries. We had prepared a proposal for a system that would provide the necessary information for effective breeding work . In the Czech Republic there is a system for collecting information about the population of horses. However, it is necessary to evaluate and publish information in an understandable form to breeders. As a basis for the preparation of tabular overview of the number of warm-blood horses bred in the Czech Republic, were collected the data from the Central horse register website and data from yearbooks and websites of individual breeders associations. Data were collected for the period of 2006 - 2013. In this thesis the processed data covers these breeds: Czech warmblood, Slovak warmblood, Moravian warmblood , Kinsky horse and Czech Traken. We have suggested the system, configuration and method for disclosure of the breeding information for warm-blood horse breeders and there is also recommended the annual frequency. As a model stallion was chosen Dutch warmblood Great Pleasure and we have created an information portfolio of this stallion. The system of the published information includes identification of the horse, pedigree, exterior evaluation, the results of his performance, comparing features and characteristics of the offspring population and the average breeding value estimation for exterior and performance. An important point is to make the overview of births and evaluated offspring. The proposed system should allow the improvement of the current breeding process and provide objective information to breeders for the right breeding decisions.
