The importance of psychoterapeutic training in the work experience of helping professionals

This bachelor's thesis deals with the importance of long term self-experience psychotherapeutic training for work in helping professions. Those who pursue the most natural of human activity - helping the other people - as a profession, they must reckon with lifelong learning and improving themselves. The helping professional might consider starting self-experience training in case his professional activity influences his personal life and vice versa. It is very important to examine professional´s capabilities and limits affecting professional´s work as well as his own life within the training process. In the theoretical part of the thesis is introduced the impact of some contemporary psychotherapeutic directions on particular training models as well as search for present opportunities of long-term psychotherapeutic trainings with the stress on self-experience. There are also described related ethical aspects of helping professions. In view of the fact there is broad range of trainings available the scheme of training provided by Training Centre Fokus Praha by the course "Choose your own psycho-therapeutic training" has been taken as a basis. As well the risks of this occupation (such as burnout and the ways to prevent it) are not omitted in the bachelor´s thesis.The main issues of the research part of the thesis are findings of motivational assumptions, barriers to entry the course and the effect of self-experience on personal as well as professional therapist's life. Possible motivation and profit for the employer are also examined. The self-experience training might have an essential impact on professional´s life and career (the applicant´s maturity, teamwork, empathy etc.). This conclusion is based on the experience gained during the research part of the thesis completion. As a negative definition of range of this thesis neither the real use of the self-experience training in psychotherapist´s practice is examined nor the training supervision is deeper analysed.
Continuing education for mothers on maternity leave in Czech Budejovice

The work deals with the education of women on maternity leave. The theoretical part characterizes adult education, goals, methods, types of education and their specifics. It also focuses on the target group of women, namely the regulation of this period, the psychological aspects of their motivation to develop knowledge and their position in the labor market, after returning from parental leave. The main finding is that the current situation is not very optimistic, but thanks to the European Social Fund, which NGOs are funded, we can expect in the future a major shift. The practical part focuses on specific institutions that respond to the most important needs of women waiting to return to work. With these institutions have women on maternity leave can overcome barriers, educate and thereby gain stable and suitable employment. There is a wide choice of opportunities in České Budejovice, so if a woman wants to study and has support from family and near people, she has many options.
Lifelong education of teachers: Path to internalize need of self-education and innovation in teaching.

The thesis deals with the lifelong education of teachers. For the purposes of work the thesis defines the conceptual apparatus, compares the possibilities of further education of teachers in the Czech Republic with the possibilities of education in other EU countries. It suggests ways which can lead to improve further education of teachers and presents own proposal for lifelong education using Christian self-reflection.
Educational activities of a chosen company

This master thesis on the theme Educational activities of a chosen company deal with the program for graduates called ČP Naděje which is organized by Česká pojišťovna. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one explains the terms of human resources and human capital and characterize the concept of personnel work. There is also derived from knowledge of organizational structures how important human resources are for organizations. The second chapter is about adult education. This chapter consists of learning process characterization and determination of position of corporate learning and development in the educational system. The third chapter deals with the corporate training and development. There are mentioned personnel planning, recruitment and selection of new workers because these come before training and development of human resources. The fourth chapter focuses on the company Česká pojišťovna and its human resources department. The fifth chapter discusses the program for university graduates ČP Naděje. This chapter describes the form and development of the program. There are discussed the results of questionnaire survey performed among the program participants. The final chapter includes also comparison of the program ČP Naděje with program for graduates organized by competing company.
The analysis of effectiveness of EU Lifelong Learning Programme in years 2007-2014 with special emphasis on the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with efficiency of the Lifelong Learning Programme in the European Union and it pays special attention to the Czech Republic. The analysis is focused on a period of 2007-2014. The first part describes basic features of educational policy and also represents the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union including the stated targets which are analysed in the other part for each year of its operation. The development of targeted indicators differs substantially across countries. The differences arise from different educational systems and the effects of the national policy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Lifelong Learning Programme in countries of the European Union and in the Czech Republic.
Manager´s personality development and lifelong learning in knowledge economics

The aim of this thesis is to analyze approaches to personality development of manager in the context of lifelong learning in knowledge economy trends, including specific proposals for desired direction of current practice. The research was focused on both influences acting on personality of the manager, as well as to his own views and preferences. An important factor was the focusing of the questions that have been used for research in previous thesis and enable us to compare responses within two years. The conclusion, therefore, may indicate the likely future development of issues. The research involved 160 managers. They were divided into four sectors - public administration, financial services organizations, tourism organizations and manufacturing organizations. The first method of data collection used a quantitative method - interviews by questionnaires. Data were evaluated separately for each category and made into tables and graphs. It was followed by partial results and discussions on particular issues. As the second, qualitative data collection method was chosen semi-structured interview based on a questionnaire. During a semi-structured interview questioner put emphasis on reasoned personal satisfaction or dissatisfaction in the organization, particularly interesting opinions, suggestions and improve their own knowledge.
The system for further adult education in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic

The thesis is about the very current issue of lifelong learning in the Czech and Slovak Republics. This thesis evaluates the educational systems and the progress in the area of lifelong learning implementation in both countries. The author dedicates the introductory chapters to theoretical bases of the thesis such as issues of investments in human capital and education, motivation for learning, and establishing definitions on lifelong learning in the CZ and SK. There are further introduced Strategies on lifelong learning in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, as the first complete schemes to modify the whole educational systems. An important chapter is the fourth chapter, which evaluates the Strategies of CZ and SK, and reports on a successful application of preset goals in this area, including their ability to draw financial support from the European funds. The closest attention is dedicated to graduates from universities and their applicability in the job market in relation to their ability to speak foreign languages; and the overall cost of the tertiary education in relation to the growing number of people with university degrees.
