Free-time of Primary School Children in Pelhřimov
KUBÁTOVÁ, Renata
The Bachelor Thesis named Free-time of Primary School Children in Pelhřimov deals with the present view of free time, its functions and free time activity forms in its theoretical part. I focus on upbringing in free time, its historic development and beginnings. There are also the basic free time models specified, out-of-school education, its functions and the most important facilities. The conclusion of the theoretical part presents the factors influencing a child in relation to free time activities, like the family and school, peer group and local environment. I chose the questionnaire technique applied on children from primary schools in Pelhřimov for the quantitative research. The research part was aimed at finding how primary school pupils in Pelhřimov spend their free time and brings an insight into the free-time activities offered by schools and organizations to children in Pelhřimov. The research results show that sport is the most common activity among all the children. They also spend a lot of time at a computer, while at younger age they have it as the means of entertainment in the form of games. At older school age the use of the Internet communication opportunity prevails. They also spend time by watching films, listening to music; girls visit dance courses. The children from the research sample consider their free-time programme sufficient; however they mentioned some shortages, like cultural groups, a PC playroom, a shopping centre. The purpose of this Thesis is to find what free-time activities the school children in Pelhřimov are mostly interested in. The information found may help free-time facilities in planning foundation of missed hobby groups.

BARTOŠOVÁ, Lucie
This diploma thesis is focused on analysis of children and adolescent crime rate in the Czech Republic; it partly describes criminality as a whole, its current situation and development. This thesis is aimed at survey of crime rate at primary schools in the region of Uherské Hradiště. It describes number of small thievery in the year 2006 in the region of Uherské Hradiště. This research was carried out by means of a questionnaire at the particular primary schools. There are described factors influencing criminality rate such as family, school, society, or media Literature, police statistics and school statistics show us basic information concerning criminality not only in the Czech Republic but in the region of Uherské Hradiště as well. It was found out that in the Czech Republic child criminality rate has diminishing tendency, but in the region of Uherské Hradiště this situation is not observable (it has nothing to do with number of thefts). By means of the questionnaire it was found out that thefts do not appear frequently at primary schools. Only sometimes schools deal with small offences in the form of not expensive things. These small offences do not occur nowadays more often than in the past and also it is not possible to say whether they are more frequent at town schools or schools in villages. Thefts concerning expensive products are minimal at primary schools. However, thefts committed by teenagers and adolescents have an increasing rate, in accordance with police in Uherské Hradiště. This thesis is aimed at a better orientation in the child, teenager, and adolescent criminality development in the Czech Republic and in the region of Uherské Hradiště in order to avoid small thefts or other offences among children.

BURIANOVÁ, Kateřina
The aim of this work was to chart the experiences, the opinion of pupils and their orientation in the chicane problems. I tried to catch up the parts of problems where the pupils don{\crq}t orient well or they don{\crq}t have the basic information. The research was performed in the 2 different schools, one from the town and one from the village. I wanted to compare the opinions of the 2 different groups of pupils. The first part of this work contains the basic information about chicane problems. This part includes the findings not only about chicane but about its legalities, prevention and solutions. The second part is about the questionnaires processing, which are gained from the children of the 2 basic schools (7th and 8th classes).

Some Difficult Situations Occuring to Pupils of the Junior High School and How to Manage Them
DASTYCHOVÁ, Lucie
The Degree Work presents information concerning difficult life situations with respect to the literature knowledge, which are elaborated in the theoretical part. There are specified difficult situations of pupils in the period of their growing up. The practical part shows these difficult situations based on the research of pupils of the eighth grade of Junior School /N = 49/. The research involved 49 children. It has been proved that pupils experience and consider mainly parent´s divorce and their arguments and the necessity to decide what secondary school to choose to be their difficult life situations. Despite all their negative manifestations they feel a need to get emotional satisfaction from their close and dear, they need to be supported, the more unstable they are the more support they need /level of neuroticism/. Therefore it is necessary to pay higher attention to this age group.

BARTONÍČKOVÁ, Irena
Question of drugs is a very actual theme at present. Age of first drug usage is sinking and it is very dangerous. There are many reasons for first drug usage and for drug usage as such. We can see association with genetic disposals, with a way of education, when parents are too strict or too liberal. People learn during the whole life and if own parents use drugs and have positive attitude to them it´s possible that their child starts to take drug usage as normal and will have easier access to it. Another important influence is a peer group with that a person tries to identify, especially during adolensence. At this time a man experiences his personal crisis, when he is not a child any more but at the same time he is not an adult yet. Everyone must find his own way how to deal with it. But some young people solve this situation with a help of drugs that bring them {\clqq}escape from reality``. Often someone offers a drug to young man and he accepts it from clear nescience because he doesn´t know which consequence this drug usage will have. Therefore mainly preventive programs should bring enough information to young people to discourage them from drug consumation or at least to shift first usage to later age. If a man uses drugs he should know all risks and consequences of this risk behaviour. In my work I dealed with finding information about marihuana among pedagoues and students at secondary schools. Then I found out how many from interviewed students and pedagogues experienced marihuana usage. On the basis of questionnaire research it was found out that the number of students who experienced marihuana usage is very high. This could show evidence of insufficienci of preventiv programs at secondary schools in the district of České Budějovice. Then it was found out that pedagogues have more information about this problematics than students. That´s why pedagogues should take care of providing these information to students, they should educate themselves too and bring enough primary prevention in the field of drugs to their students.

The regular observance of obligatory school attendance in context of social benefits
JINDROVÁ, Markéta
The main task and objective of this bachelor thesis was to present a public research in know how of social benefits in observance of obligatory school attendence together with knowledge of an off take of social benefits depending on non observance of obligatory school attendance. Next objective was to present a comprehensive list of this issue. Besides these main objectives, partial objectives were determined e.g. to uncover the quality in communication between clerks and clients and also to compare their point of view on each other. For documentation purpose were made three different hypotheses. Hypotheses No.1: The aspirant for social benefits is convinced, that he has claim for benefits without any circumstances. Hypotheses No.2: The clients who dealt with clerks in the office don{\crq}t consider the behavior of the clerk in most cases willing. Hypotheses No.3: The knowledge of social benefits depending on observance of obligatory school attendance in the public have mostly just people who achieved secondary school education . Two methods (qualitative and quantitative analysis) are used for this project. To be more specific first method was mainly questioning together with an observation and the second was a questionary together with an interview. One questionary was concentrating on clients who mainly depends on benefits becase of their bad economical situation. Second questionary was concentrating on average population. The clerks from department for social matters in Klatovy and Domazlice were the interviewrs. The hypothese No.2 was confirmed. Clients in most cases believe that the behavior of clerks is unwilling. On the other hand the clerks do not agree with this statement. To determinate the real estate of this problem it would need more and longer research on a bigger group of respondents without the consideration on benefits. The hypothese No.1 also confirmed that the respondents are convincent of their claim on soscial benefits. Just the hypothese No.3 wasn´t confirmed. The reaserch showed that the knowledge and the subconscious about social benefits is good. The reason of a goood know how in public of social benefits can be discolosure of information thru the internet, a new information technology, the interest in social sphere or giving information in terms of education.
