The bachelor thesis is focused on quality of hospitality services in the city of Brno, specifically on quality of hospitality services in the Tulip restaurant in Brno. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is via the customer's evaluation find out the cus-tomer's satisfaction and the quality level of restaurant, reveal the possible short-comings and formulate recommendation to remove these shortcomings. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the research part. The theoretical part deals with definition tourism, tourism services, public catering, quality and management quality. The research part is focused on an analysis Tulip restaurant's customer's satisfaction, on an analysis and description of results discovered through questionnaire survey and on formulation recommendation to increase in customer's satisfaction and quality.

Provides ideas for further expansion.

Silniční daň s environmentálními prvky na Slovensku

Bachelor thesis deals with the construction of road tax with an emphasis of envi-ronmental aspects in Slovakia and the possibility of application this system of road tax in the Czech Republic. The initial section, the Literature Review, gives a brief summary of various types of road taxes in member states of the European Union, further the construction of road tax in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is described in details. The main body contains technical information about selected sample of commercial vehicles and calculations of tax liability in the Czech Republic and all regions in Slovakia. Finally, the evaluation of the road tax system in Slovakia is performed and the possibilities of application of this system in the Czech Republic are purposed.

Rozdílné aspekty hegemonické pozice Velké Británie a USA

This paper analyses the leadership of Great Britain and the USA in the historical context in terms of economic, geopolitical and institutional factors. The first part presents the theoretical concepts of hegemonic position and econometric analysis. The second part is then the actual comparison of the hegemonic position of the United Kingdom and the USA. For comparison is used the method of critical analysis, by economic factors is also carried out an econometric analysis. The conclusion then listed the reasons for variations of the global hegemon, and is designed to discussion on future hegemon.

The topic of my thesis is Innovation website Spa and Convention Hotel Thermal in Karlovy Vary. The topic I chose because of the ever-increasing demands on information technology and computer technology. Tourists are increasingly demanding, and it is increasingly difficult to meet their needs and fulfill their requirements. To any company could best present, must have created the best website. In the analytical part focuses on the characteristics of the location and the hotel itself and create a SWOT analysis of the current website. In the practical part, based on the results of questionnaires created, I designed a presentation that corresponds to the identified requirements.

Italian neologisms from the domain of sport

Topic of this bachelor thesis was to research neologisms in the semantic field of sport from 1950 2014. Theoretical part defines the term "neologism" and questions connected with linguistic discipline neology and vocabulary in general. It also summarizes knowledge about enrichment of language and etymology. The thesis deals with specialized sports vocabulary from the very beginning of modern concept of sport and with the role of sports journalism in Italy. In the part about methodology I describe the method how I excerpted the samples from electronic resources. In the next part there is morfological and lexical analysis at every neologism, which belonges to one type of word-formation. The last whole part is dedicated to loanwords in italian language. The appendix contains complete list of all sports neologisms in my corpora.
