The bachelor thesis "Mergers and protection of competition" deals with the characteristics of the mergers of companys, that leads to the threat of business competition on relevant markets. The aim of this thesis is to introduce overall information about the mergers from the theoretical, as well as from the practical point of view, in the application on three decisions of The Office for the Protection of Competition. At the end, the thesis is dedicated to the assessment of whole adjustment of mergers.

The History of Physical Education and Sport in Trhové Sviny\\

This thesis looks into history of physical training and sport in Trhové Sviny from date of the foundation of unity ?Sokol? till present. Author focused mainly on rise and work of Sokol's unity in Trhové Sviny and besides that he paid attention to the largest physical training associations such as TJ Spartak, its clubs and their activity. Finally, the work describes the important characters in the world of sport born in Trhové Sviny. Sources for this thesis were acquired mostly out of the District archive in České Budějovice, from books containing history of the town, regular articles in Trhovosvinenské listy written by the TJ Spartak chairmen and some information were also obtained thanks to several witnesses and their private files.

Tourism for the selected segment: high school students

The main aim of this thesis was to evaluate Tourism standard for students of secondary schools in České Budějovice by analysis. To develop a strategic Tourism progress for the selected segment and create appropriate product including introducing on the market. Initially literary sources were studied which served as a base for literary review and situational analysis was created. Based on the field survey results a new product called Edu-cachig was designed which consists of three thematic groups to provoke interest in school excursions by the segment.

Food quality in the Czech market - regional food

This work deals with the labeling of food quality marks in the EU and the Czech Republic with a focus on Regional food branding. The first chapter describes the labeling of quality brands in the EU and on the Czech market. The second chapter describes the brand and Regional food competition. Then there is the evaluation of our own research on these brands. The last chapter is devoted to creating a new marketing strategy for the store Jednota, consumer cooperatives in Toužim.

Online contest on informatics for secondary school students

The thesis deals with the preparation, creation and evaluation of an informatics competition for pupils of primary and secondary schools, called Informatics Beaver. The work also includes a summary of simile existing contests on informatics. Furthermore, it seeks to convey and clarify the technical and organizational problems associated with the preparation and conduct of the competition.

Monitoring women age structure in the highest handball league"WHIL".\\

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse changes of age structures of women players in the highest handball league ``WHIL{\crqq}. There are collected data from protocols from particular matches in matrixes and graphs. These data are divided according to the teams in individual seasons. We can analyse and compare those figures. Results show changes of age structure in particular teams and how did the age average of the whole league change in particular seasons.
