Small Rotarz Turntable's Design
Škubal, Karel ; Cejpek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the design, its implementation, and subsequent commissioning of a rotary table. The main goal is to produce a small rotary table that can be used in the robotics laboratory for pick and place applications and possibly for other tasks, for example 3D scanning. The first part of the thesis is focused on description of different types of rotary tables, and individual selected components. Based on this, a table model is then designed and constructed.
NC rotary table with linear axis
Axmann, Patrik ; Omes, Jiří (referee) ; Dokoupil, Vladimír (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the construction of an NC rotary table with a linear axis. The first part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of science and technology in the problem, the use of various drives, mechanisms for torque transmission, linear feed lines, measuring and an overview of tables from various manufacturers. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the creation of 4 variants of construction, then the selection of the best variant and technical calculations. At the end, the work deals with a detailed description of the machine.
Inovation of a Machining Node
Hlaváčková, Andrea ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the innovations of a rotary table for a machine tool in the company TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. Bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part of the thesis consists of the theoretical basic, which deals with concepts from the area of production, engineering and innovation. The second part contains an analysis of the current state, the presentation of the company and the existing product. In part three there is a own proposal for a solution and a technical-economic evaluation of the process.
Multifunctional machining centers for machining rotating and prismatic parts
Kunorza, Michal ; ing.Petr Polišenský, TOSHULIN,a.s. (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
Objective of the diploma thesis is design of multifunctional machining centre, where is machining rotating and prismatic parts enabled. Because it is large theme, thesis is solved by group. My task was to design parts of mottion axes. Diploma thesis contains complex design of machine tool from discovering optimal kinematics for required applictaion, analysis of influences acting to machine, modular concept and design solution.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Gluing of Magnets of DC Motors
Kűhnel, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a general concept workplace for gluing magnets to the DC stators. The thesis is focused on the selection of industrial robots and their location, the design and the construction of end effectors for manipulation with segments and stators and the proposal of solution for engineering units on a workplace. Among the construction units belong: revolving tables with gripping systems, rotary tables on pallets and construction manipulators. At the end of the thesis the concept of the solution for workplace safety is created according to current legislation and safety standards.
Design of rotary table with maximal load capacity 65 000 kg
Bezděk, Petr ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rotary table for machining large non-rotary workpieces up to a maximum weight of 65 000 kg. The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate the current state of knowledge in the field of rotary tables, to create a table design according to the assignment and its 3D model with part of the drawing documentation. The theoretical part of the work searches for solutions used in the construction of rotary tables in the category of table according to the assignment. The information obtained is further used in the design of rotary table solution variants. By evaluating the weight of the required properties and their degree of fulfillment, a variant of the design solution of the table is selected, which is then designed. The individual design steps are described and explained in the text part of the work accompanied by pictures and calculations. The result of the process is a structural design of the mechanical part of the rotary table with a 3D model and partially processed drawing documentation. The contribution of the work is the summarization of relevant information for the design of rotary tables, the processed procedure of solving the design of the table and the modeled design of the rotary table. These outputs can be further treated as documentation for the production of the designed table, the development of the rotary table design to deeper details or technical development in this area.
Calibration Of Precision Rotary Table Using Laser Interferometer System
Šindelář, Michal
Calibration of a rotary axis can be useful to determine angular deviations throughout themeasuring range. Specified accuracy presented in the specification list represents the worst case, therefore information about magnitudes of deviations of individual measuring points are unknown. The resulting error map of the device under test allows correction of the indicated value. As a result, the measurement accuracy of the device can be increased. Calibration of a precision rotary table wasperformed using a Keysight 5530 laser interferometer system. The presented paper briefly describesthe fundamentals of this portable calibrating system. Also, the results and accuracies are discussed.
