This may help to improve economical situation of the company. Over the years we can observe the positive development of the company. And it is improbable that it will face up financial problems.

The aim of this writing is to find out and explore the financial condition of the company acording to the methods of the financial analysis. Then to dissect results, find out what is the reason of them and truthful their developement in time. Some of the results I compare with a competitor or whole branch and I try to draw conclusion for the Stock company. Lastly I try to consider the influence of outer circumstances on financial indicators, for example the increasement of the consumer tax.

V práci jsem nastínil vývoj jednotlivých složek a příčiny tohoto vývoje za sledováné období. Dále se zabývám aplikací těchto informací v podnikové praxi a jejich využitelností, a dále výkladem zjištěných hodnot a jejich srovnáním s teoretickými základy.

The thesis contains a theoretical part containing definitions of indicators and techniques used in the analysis and an application part, in which presented methods are applied to this particular company.

Cash management in broker company and in leasing company

The main subject of this thesis is the liquidity -- very important premise for long-term existence of every firm. The aim is to characterize financial management with emphasis on liquidity and cash management in two different firms. Two mentioned firms are quite specific -- broker company and leasing company. Because of this the key goal of this thesis is the analysis and evaluation of their liquidity, monitoring similarity and diversity in procedures which the firms use in cash management. The basic question is the evaluation of process of cash management in two mentioned firms, understanding of preferred instruments and identification if it is sufficient for stable financial solvency. The particular procedures and methods in cash management in two different firms are mentioned in this thesis. Attention is paid on working capital, liquidity ratios and other -- cash flow statement, plan of payment etc.

Finanční analýza podniku Škoda Auto, a.s.

Cílem práce je zjistit a vyhodnotit finanční situaci podniku Škoda Auto, a.s. V teoretické části se zabývám významem finanční analýzy, věnuji se problematice absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů, bilančním pravidlům či pracovnímu kapitálu. Zmiňuji i modely predikce finanční tísně, zaměřuji se na Du Pontovu analýzu ukazatelů rentability a na analýzu finanční páky. Nechybí ani metodika výpočtu ukazatele EVA či SWOT analýza. V praktické části jsou čtenáři krátce seznámeni se společností Škoda Auto, a to její historií. Především jsou zde ale výše zmíněné teoretické poznatky aplikovány do praxe. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky celé finanční analýzy, a je tak posouzena komplexní finanční situaci podniku.
