Accounting of allowance organizations is specific in comparison with accounting of business corporations. Allowance organizations are not based for the purpose of making profit. Their budget is to provide services which are indicted by the founder as necessary and useful for citizens. These organizations cover activities that are not appealing for business sector. The objective of this bachelor work is to characterize accounting of allowance organizations generally, to describe their most important features of financing and economic activities, to refer to basic problems of bookkeeping operations and to apply obtained findings in the concrete organization.

The interpretation of tax law seems confusing and complicated, therefore it was suggested how to reduce the administrative burden of non-profit organization.

This thesis deals with financing of the chosen allowance organization. The main goal of this work is to find out how the chosen allowance organization finances its activity and find the other possibilities of it. There is characterized the allowance organization established by municipal authorities in the first part. The theoretical part also describes foundation, the obligatory essentials and cancellation of the allowance organization. The second part is practical where is written about the chosen organization including the trading income in years 2006 {--} 2008 and financing possibilities. There are a lot of options how to acquire finance it is just about finding the way, how to do that.

The principle of this labour was to analyse intradepartment directives of allowance organization. To the elaboration of this theme was the most important thing to clarify the basic information about non-profit associations, that means their creation, existence, economy etc.The first part of this labour is located on theoretical expectations necessary for creating internal rules and procedures. The primary target was to create understandable interpretation current bylaw of chosen primary school. By practical rating has been demonstrated, that the internal rules and procedure of chosen primary school are on high-level. Even if we can recommend some upgrades.

The thesis is called Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Financial Links in Local Public Sector. Main goal of the thesis is the appreciation of the expense effectiveness of organization established by municipal corporation. First theoretic part explains and summarizes essential characteristics of local and regional public sector, principles of municipal authorities and deals with essential document of municipal authorities {--} the budget. In the next part the thesis deals with individual kinds of public estates and forms of assurance in municipal territory. In the practical part the thesis is focused on public estate securing in social sphere by establishing a contributory organization. The analysis of particular contributory organization´s economy is performed and the steps which increase efficiency and economy of the organization´s expenses are introduced. At the end there is short summarization of practical knowledge about the way how to ensure public estates through the establishing of organizational component, its advantages, disadvantages and reasons why this form of assuring public estates is not used too much nowadays.

There are generally characterised the allowance organizations and construed problems of particular funds formed by the allowance organizations in the theoretical part. In the practical part, there is analysed management of funds of the chosen allowance organizations in 2008. There is presented the accounting reform in the sphere of public finance and how does it affect management of allowance organizations in the conclusion.

First the work deals with the economy of allowance organizations and differences between allowance organizations and other corporations which are established to make a profit. The practical part is concerned with the problem of the amount of grant from the institutor and choices to draw financial resources from the European Union.
