Family House

This thesis deals with a design of a passive family house in Hvozdec village near Veverská Bítýška. Main parts of the project are to be found in folder C, containing the drawings including six technical details, technical report with attached list of compounds, thermal assessment and list of components. The work also contains a study in folder B, which represents both initial versions of the project and stairway and foundation slab calculations. This thesis can be used as project documentation for actual building operation.
Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Urban Risen Solution parcel located on the street Pasture in the city of Brno chimney. The property is located on the edge of the city district and directly continues the surrounding forest, which is on the east side. The plot is an avenue of chestnut trees that proposal preserves intact. Oklí are good amenities. In its narrowest surroundings there are elementary school and kindergarten with their priľahlími Sports and satellites family townhouses on the south side of the property. After the eastern and northern boundary leads IMPORTANT relaxing walking routes on which the proposal responds through-beds, and a "restoration" of pastures, which once was located here. Building Solutions The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton with dimensions of 8600 mm x 6600 mm with stiffening communication core. The shell is insulated with thermal insulation with a thickness of 200 mm. Area building openings is minimized on the north facade and vice versa is open to south and west facades, which benefits the passive energy gain. These construction holes are filled with high quality aluminum windows and doors with Triple glazing. On the frame is attached a separate steel construction porches and balcony. This concept allows a perfect insulation shell fired by a separate steel structures unheated porch and balcony, and hence a considerable degree of energy efficiency.
System for theses management

The thesis deals with analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation of a web application. The purpose of the application is to make a theses management easier. An introductory part of the thesis contains summary of insufficient existing applications which were mostly created within theses of VŠE. Subsequently there are analyzed functional and non-functional system requirements in the thesis. Analysis of corporate applications, which may to help improve theses management, is included in the part too. Based on the analysis, it was decided, that it is necessary to develop a new system. For this reason, there is analysis and design of the system as a next part of the thesis. A user's guide and a programmer's guide are integral to the thesis because these parts describe the ways of utilization of application.
Mobile application for remote server management

Thesis deals with remote servers specifically those for the Minecraft. These servers are divided into groups. The work examines the possibility of remote access to these servers on network protocols level, which are described briefly, and also at the level of the game itself. Describes the game options that can be influenced via remote management. Then analyzes the applications that are intended for this remote access, and identifies problems associated with them. Based on the issues that implied from this analysis, application that solves these problems is designed. The first chapter contains a brief description of the network protocols that can be used to remotely manage servers for the Minecraft and identifies the most appropriate protocol. The next chapter describes the Minecraft, and specifically those of its regions which can be influenced via remote management. The next chapter analyzes the applications that can be used to remotely manage Minecraft servers and based on the problems that this analysis identifies, an application that solves these problems is designed. The designed application is then implemented. The last part contains user documentation of created application.
System for theses management

This thesis deals with the analysis, design and final implementation of information system for thesis management. In the introduction the theoretical background is defined and avail-able technologies are identified and later practically used within the implementation. Fur-ther, the functional and non-functional demands are identified, use case scenarios defined and later on the system is designed and implemented. The requirements are defined based on the universal use within the use cases of the University of Economics in Prague. Within the last part, a user manual can be found.
Copyright law in schools

This thesis covers the topic of copyright law in schools. It is an overview of the usage of the copyright law, especially in the practice of pupils, students, teachers and other pedagogical workers. It tries to present an integrated overview of basic rules which can be used in the educational process in the areas of creation of an original work, licenses, non-contractual usage of the original works and the liabilities for breaching the copyright law. It covers the situations when the pupils, students, teachers and other pedagogical workers are the creators of an original work as well as cases when these people want to use original works created by others. A part of this thesis are comments from practice and findings based on surveys and discussions with the pupils and pedagogical staff.
Financial support in forestry

The objective of this thesis is to analyze the management of the selected company in forestry, determine the current state of drawing subsidies, overview possibility of drawing such aid in forest management in the Czech Republic and specifically in the county where the business is located. Then, based on the collected information to propose possible optimization solutions. In the first part of this work are expertly explains the basic concepts related to the topic. The second part contains the own work and proposal of solution. Economic evaluation was achieved through analysis of annual financial reports and cost calculation. Comparative period in this case, the years 2007 to 2012. Sources of financial support were divided on the resources of the European Union and national sources and described. The conclusion includes a proposal of measures for stability and business continuity.
Support system for theses supervisors

This bachelor thesis focuses on support system for theses supervisors. Based on analysis of existing solutions and their shortcomings in the context of the required functionality, application analysis is made. The application is later designed and implemented. This system is the form of a web applicati-on, that is accessible via the Internet. The application is based on open-source technologies. It is developed using Grails framework, which uses the Groovy programming language. The application allows users (theses supervi-sors and students) to upload versions of their theses, comment them, sche-dule meetings and specify tasks. The application source code and user manual are parts of this thesis.

The aim of this thesis is to undertake a financial analysis of MODUS Ltd. during the years of 2004 -- 2009 with focusing on evaluation of past and current financial condition and performance of the company. Another goal is to evaluate the stability of the company and its ability to generate the desired economic value. The financial analysis will carry through the analysis of absolute indicators, balance rules, analysis of financial and ratio indicators. I will also apply financial distress prediction models and economic value added decomposition model. In the conclusion I will try to give an accurate comment on the results of analysis. Valorize the current financial situation of MODUS Ltd. and formulate my recommendations for the management.
Student's registration for the topics of bachelor and diploma theses and state exams

This diploma thesis is focused on a topic selection for bachelor and diploma theses, student's registration for the topics, a registration for state exams and bachelor and diploma theses defense. This thesis includes an analysis of this area and a proposal of an electronic solution. The main goal of this thesis is to build a solution which eliminates a physical appearance of students at school during the registration for the topic of bachelor and diploma theses as well as a registration for state exams and bachelor and diploma theses defense. In connection with this is also valuable to spare the work of the department clerk and secretary connected with the registration agenda. The analysis was realized mostly by UML methodology, the solution includes detailed ERD model and the proposed application screen layouts. The final result of this work is a complete solution proposal that is ready to be used for the application implementation.
