Machinery for sprinkling of concrete products

Aim of this bachelor’s work is make a suggestion of control single-purpose machine for sprinking concreate products. Pressed concrete products is necessary sprinkle to process of cement hydration. Should not the process, the products would not reach the required strength. Automation of the process is necessary not only because of the large volume of production, but also to ensure uniform spraying of individual products, which leads to an improvement in their quality. This work also describes the design of electronic components and shall be accompanied by documentation drawing electrical diagrams, in the annex is a program in development environment LOGO! Soft Comfort.

Laboratory exercise for PLC Mitsubishi

This bachelor's thesis deals with the programmable logic controlles Mitsubishi FX3U-32M, which are a part of equipment in the laboratory of programmable controllers at the Institute of Automation and Computer Science of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology. The main aim was to make self familiarity with this controller and development system GX IEC Developer 7.01 at first and create an appropriate documentation. There were also created four sample exercises with different level of difficulty to which were made models of corresponding controlled members.

This document deals with the programmable logic controller Simatic S7-200, which is a part of the equipment in the laboratory of programmable controllers at the Brno University of Technology (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Automation and Computer Science). The purpose was to make self familiar with this controller and development system STEP 7-Micro/WIN at first and create a user guide which could be used as a teaching aid in the next phase. There were also created several sample tasks at different level of difficulty at the same time. Students can use them to prove the theory in practice.

Thesis contains a description of a development system PC Worx by Phoenix Contact. This system was used as the educational support system. Document includes a set of practical examples with a different complexity. The purpose of examples is to improve the knowledge in programmable logic controller handling. In this case the model ILC 150 ETH (made by Phoenix Contact) was applied. This model is in common use at Institute of Automation and Computer Science laboratories.

The work deals with the design and implementation of control applications for programmable logic controllers. The subjects, that are to be controlled, are technological devices designed for heating several manufacturing buildings in the industrial park. The first part describes the installed thermal systems and their operating principles. Following section is about programmable logic controllers and their related topics. In the practical part, the control system is chosen based on the analysis, and control strategy for heating technologies is designed along with the communication topology. Created control and visualization applications are described in the implementation part.

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and implementation of control applications for measurement and regulation of the technology for heating system in building. The main purpose was to create the control program and launch the whole system operation with controlling and monitoring from the operator panel and the control room. The result of this thesis is software for automatic controlling of the entire technology along with visualization screens.
