Analysis of accommodation and catering services in the area Klatovsko

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the offer of accommodation and catering facilities on the market within the area of the town of Klatovy, to find out the number of these facilities and the standard of offered services. The evaluation of the situation was accomplished on the basis of questionnaires submitted to the visitors of the accommodation facilities in the area of interest, including also governed interviews with a hotel owner and the director of information centre. Observation method was used as a supplementary research form. The obtained information became a basis for the data synthesis which indicates the overall situation in the area. The synthesis also yielded definitions of a few problems occurring in tourism. An important part of the thesis consists in defining proposals and recommendations aimed at the improvement and development of the catering and accommodation services in the area of Klatovy.

The aim of this work was to analyze offer of accommodation and catering facilities in the designated area. That was enabled by own study and observation, the questionnaires and controlled interviews. The necessary information rendered to build data synthesis. It contributed subsequently to the formulation of proposals and measures which are listed at the conclusion of the work.

The primary aim of my bachelor thesis was an analysis of the market of accommodation and catering facilities in the chosen region of Kutná Hora. In work was used secondary and primery data. From data obtained from field research, guided interviews and personal observation situation analysis that was instrumental towards obtaining of the total view of situation housing and commissaryman services in the area was processed. At the end of work suggestions and procuration that contribute to development of services in town were designed.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the accommodation and catering services in Hluboka nad Vltavou. The main objective of this work is the analysis offers accommodation and catering services in the areas examined. Data obtained from field investigation, controlled interviews, observation and secondary data was used for the processing of situational analysis and synthesis of data. Based on the processing of this part of the real situation has been found accommodation and catering facilities in Hluboka nad Vltavou. Situation analysis and synthesis of data help to reveal shortcomings on the basis of proposals have been drawn up and arrangements for accommodation and catering establishments in the area examined. In order to illustrate the situation, some proposals have been applied directly to the hotel Štekl in Hluboka nad Vltavou.

Expectations of development of tourism at Prachaticko

Bachelor thesis is focused on tourism in Prachatice. The main aim of this work was analysis of the tourism in Prachatice, preparation of the product package and the completion of marketing research. The results of the survey indicated the typical visitor profile. Based on the profile, a new product was created called {\clqq}Cycling for Nature, History and Adrenaline in the Prachatice Area``. The produkt concerns cycling tourism, adrenaline experiences, discovering towns, nature and chateaux. The package includes accommodation and transport services, the option of adrenaline sports and visits to technical, cultural and historical monuments.

Bachelor work is focused on given theme {\clqq}Commitment relations rising from providing accommodation and related services``. This is kind of commitment relations that is possible to judge according to the civil or commercial code. Agreement for accommodation is more important in this case given by law No.: 40/1964 Sb. Civil code §754 {--} 759. This is the most important type of commitment relations which became a subject of my investigation and analysis. Further, I compared agreements arranged individualy and through resellers in the Czech Republic along with chosen state of European Union. A partial goal was to analyse particular services related with accommodation which play significant role on general impression of client. They would be factor that influence client for accommodation selection. Among these services belong: catering, transport, information, mediative, cultural and sport services.

One of the partial aims was to analyze current state of the selected accommodation unit, Lovecká chata, situated in the Horská Kvilda municipality, Šumava tourist region. Based on the comparison analysis and a field research to suggest measures leading to improvement of the market position of the accommodation unit.

Quantitative and qualitative spatial distribution of accommodation capacity and attendant services in the alloted area of the region of Český Krumlov

The aim of this thesis is to describe both quality and quantity of spatial distribution of accomodation capacity in the area of Regionální svazek obcí Vltava, with particular focus on attendant services provided together with accommodation services. In the first part the term ``tourist trade`` is explained, followed by theory of tourist trade services. The latter part defines the targets and describes methods used. The following chapters focus on practical part of the work. Here the analysed area is described, followed by analysis of accommodation capacity. The data for this analysis was gained through own research and compares the quantity and quality of accommodation facilities in the given area. The last part of this thesis describes both historic and territorial context and gives explanation of the layout of accommodation facilities before and after 1990.

The aim of this thesis is in the theoretical part generally describe the basic structure of the business plan and briefly describe separate counts, in the practical part create business plan for a real project. This project is to use the realproperty for business in the area of accommodation. The plan outlines the initial market situation, the necessary steps in the staffing and marketing activities, captures the outlook for profits. At the end of the plan is an evaluation of the project, which showed that the project has the potential to succeed and can be recommended for implementation.

Desing and implementation of a database for organisation providing accommodation and camp-out services

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou, návrhem a implementací databáze pro organizaci poskytující pobytové a ubytovací služby. Hlavním cílem je dostatečně flexibilní návrh databáze a jeho úspěšná realizace v databázi Oracle 10g Express Edition. Návrh databáze vychází z analýzy firmy a z požadavků budoucích uživatelů. Databáze má především rezervační a evidenční funkčnost. Cílem je co největší zahrnutí aplikační logiky do databáze. Funkčnost databáze bude otestována pomocí testovací aplikace, která je vytvořena platformě .NET v programovacím jazyce C#. Teoretická část se věnuje datovému modelování a jeho principům. Dále se stručně zabývá postupem návrhu databáze a relačním datovým modelem.
