The Importance of the Game for the Development of the Individual

The work is focused on the game and it is possibilities in the development of an individual. The game is and describes it is basic charakteristics. Futher more it defines essential terms related to the game: experience, the role game and the toy. The second chapter finds out what singnificance the game has for a man. Above all, what the game effects are in the development of mental and physical characteristics and abilities. The third chapter describes game specifics in the development phases of an individual. It focuses on how a personality and the role of the game change.
Land Art Inspiration in the Leisure Time Activities

In my work I concern with art of landart and use of it´s elements in work with children in their leisure time. The aim of mine is to verify and prove that we can also put the elements of landart in leisure time activities. In my theoretic part I try to describe the education in leisure time, mainly in relation to aesthetic spare-time activities and group of children in pubescent peri-od. This part also describe landart as itself, it´s history and the most important representatives. Further I concentrate on connection of landart and education of leisure time. The practical part describes the realized action, which was inspirated by lan-dart. In this part is also enrolled it´s motivational part, process and evaluation.
Appropriate Choice of Leisuretime Activities Under Consideration of Individual Mental and Physical Development

This work deals with selection of activities for children of early school age, based on their developmental characteristics. In the theoretical part there are described chapters of the chosen area of spare-time, which are for this work very important, further the institutions engaged in education during the spare-time, and also the characteristics of early school age that have been already mentioned. Practical part of this work contains a proposal of a week activity-plan for the youth centre adapted to early school age. During the planning and preparation of the activities it is necessary to pay attention to uniqueness and characteristics of the respective age.
Free time activities children on summer camp and recovered action.

This work deals with free time activities in the summer camps. Specifically, it examines their presence at the Chaloupky organized by Salesian`s Youth Centre in České Budějovice. The main point of the examination is the presence of motoric activities and activities promoting creativity. The results show that motoric activity and activity promoting creativity appear in most programmes. Then this work offers more information in the area of inclusion night games and balance between in the room, and outdoor activities. The theoretical part discusses the concepts of free time, game and activity.
Child´s creativity
HYBRANTOVÁ, Jana
Drawing, painting and modelling belong to typical ways of childern´s expressions. Emocional, intellectual, corporeal, perceptional, aesthetic, social and creative growth can be easily analysed by children´s art. The Subject of my exploration in this work is the creativity. At first I mention psychology of creativity issues and interpretation of basic definitions in this sience branch. Then follow characteristics of individual stages of children´s art creativity and characteristics of evolutional stages of creative activities in childhood. In the end there are various art techniques for development of child´s creativity used in art-therapy with children, who attend art lessons in their leisure time. I describe the beginning and the course of art-therapeutic process as well as the children´s art expressions in specific open group.
Play of a Preschool Child

Bachelor's thesis deals with the problems in the life of a pre -school child. The theoretical part is based on the general views and attitudes, supported by professional literature, which relate to the characteristics of the game, its importance and the diagnostic and educational opportunities. There is the part of the development characteristics of preschool age in terms of games and toys too. The research (practical) part finds out the perception of the game of pre- school child by a teacher, a parent, as well as me, as an independent observer of the research sample of pre -school age children. It also includes the comparison of views of parents, pre -school teachers and an independent observer. The part of their work are the conclusions for the practice.
Influence of the toy on the game of pre-school children.

Bachelor work is concerned with influence of nature and man made toy on the game of children and realistic needs of toys to the games of pre-school children. Theoretical part contains characteristic of the game and toy, historical development of the toy and some present findings about its influence on the game of children. Object of interest of the practical part was observation of the game with usual toys and games with natural material, their evaluation and comparison. Primarily was judged the reaction to the change, cooperation, self-reliance and creativity of the children, aggressiveness in the group. Experiment and observation realized in two kindergartens showed positive influence on all these factors.
Games and Development of Mind Operation

The topic which I chose for my bachelor essay is very current since playing is irreplaceable in children`s and even in some adults´ lives. When children play, they do not know that they are developing their physical, mental and social skills. They acquire new knowledge and other skills through a game and develop their thinking. In my essay, I will focus on games, playing, toys and last but not least, I will introduce critical thinking as a tool for efficient teaching in kindergartens. In the practical part of the work I will explain the effect of games in kindergartens and I will enhance my bachelor essay my DVD tape called ``Games in Kindergarten``, my research and a list of games
Development of Communication Competencies by means of Games

The aim of this work is to map application of games suited for development in communications skills in group of kids, before school age.Theoretical part concentrate on the definicios of the terms related with the topic. Terms such as evolution of language, communication, games for kids before school age, communications skills and activiteis at nursery. Applied part of this work includes description of social circle with its own rules and research on difficulties when communications skills appliedat nurseries. Research has been done by questionnaire. In attachment list of commmunications games and also description of nursery class at sacral nursery. Also video record of the observation on progres of the communications skills obtained at the class within the social circle. This observation was done in October 2007, December and February 2008 is completing this work.
Using Elements of Drama Education while Working with People with Mild Intellectual Disability

This thesis is dedicated to the possibilities of using elements of drama education while working with persons with a mild intellectual disability. The theoretical part begins with characteristics of intellectual disability, with a specific focus on psychic processes and personality structure of individuals with a light degree of intellectual disability. Besides containing pedagogical-psychological groundwork, which clarifies the essence and meaning of drama activities in the educational processes of persons with impaired intellectual abilities, the text introduces principles of indirect drama-educational work and performance of drama activities. It also describes some methods and techniques of drama education, which reflect the potential and abilities of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The practical part includes a proposal for a project based on literary sources, and mainly oriented at the personality and social development of the target group.
