Executory process in practise

This bachelor's thesis deals with issue of execution against Czech household's property. The main goal is to provide the reader with a guideline how to solve already existing execution or if it is expected to be an execution in the future by entrusting the administration of debts to a private legal entity. In the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis I am explaining key concepts which are related to this issue, then this part contains of enumeration of existing types of execution, the methods how they are fulfilled and the development of executory process. Following chapter deals with development of Czech household's indebtedness from the year 1990. In the practical part concrete cases of debtors are mentioned and described with their solution, which was done by the company CS Finance limited.

Economic differences of countries of Eurozone

Eurozone is a heterogeneous group of countries with different economic grade. The different economic grade of member countries causes a considerable trade imbalance and economic problems for less economically developed countries. The purpose of this thesis is to compare member countries and identify the countries that create economic centre and those that create economic periphery of Eurozone on the basis of indicators of economic power and long-term economic indicators. The other part of thesis focuses on countries of economic periphery of Eurozone and their most serious problems which are indebtedness, the external balance, competitiveness and unemployment.

External financial analysis of the Mountfield company

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a financial analysis of the Mountfield company over the years 2006-2010. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, the theoretical one, defines the subject and sources of the financial analysis. Afterwards, it closer describes indicators and methods used in the financial analysis. The second part includes a profile of the Mountfield company and the previously explained indicators are applied on this subject. The conclusion summarizes results of the financial analysis and suggests possible solutions for an improvement of the current financial situation of this company.

Fiscal behavior of households in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the fiscal behavior of households within the Czech Republic. The main areas of interest are the appropriate management of personal or family finance and the importance of household budgeting. It shows that the awareness of ones income and expenses are the basis of a financial literacy, which is still at an insufficient level. Such households are thus regarded as a weaker market article, which have to be protected either by means of education, awareness raising or modifying legislation in their favor. Specific elements in the protection of clients are intertwined throughout the work. The thesis also deals with the relationship of Czech households to consumption, savings and debt. It records the specific period of changing attitudes to the way we deal with money and establishes that households that are no longer thrifty, consume more and loans become a common part of life for them. The thesis also concentrates on the most used financial products, specifying the reason for their popularity. Also, the consequences of poor household management are described and international comparisons are included as well.

Compulsory and Voluntary Auction

This bachelor paper work deals with people and household debt which case using of auction system as a one of reasons, how to solve the indebtedness. In the bachelor work are suggested preventive arrangements for nonsensical indebtedness and subsequently repressive solution of debt with advantage of voluntary auction than involuntarily auction or execution. Tangential is mention option rid of debt by insolvency law.

Indebtedness of the company focused on capital structure

The theme of this work is focused on indebtedness of concrete Czech company from perspective of capital structure. The work consists of two parts, the theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the capital structure and its components. Financial analysis of specific company is prepared and comment on within the practical part of this work. The conclusion summarizes the overall status of company and recommendations based on it.
