Bartoňková, Nikola ; Gullová, Soňa (advisor) ; Klosová, Anna (referee)
Present bachelor's thesis has the aim to analyze the global wine market, especially then focus on Chile and Chilean wine company Vina El aroma. For a brief introduction into the problem I shortly describe the characteristics of the wine. As next I focus on characterize the distribution of wine regions in the world and a specific description of each area. In the fundamental parts of thesis I concentrate on global wine market, with a focus on world production and consumption of wine and a wine market. Then I focus on Chilean wine sector and analyses the trends in the wine trade of the country. Effect of Vina El Aromo in the wine industry and its tendency to penetrate other markets are mention in the final chapter.
Praktické hodnocení různých způsobů ozelenění v nových výsadbách révy vinné
Mikulenčák, Michal
This work was developed at the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, Department of viticulture and enology at Mendel University in Brno. The work deals with the practical assessment of introducing plants in new plantings of wines. The individual chapters also develop subtopics, starting with the reasons for plant covering the vineyard, the possibility of different systems of treatment, leading to the description of appropriate plant species and their mixtures, including a description of the machinery for soil preparation before the establishment of the plant covering and its subsequent maintenance. The last section is devoted to its potential impact on the quality of grapes and wine. This work offers generally known information about the current problematic relevant to this issue and offers a certain amount of practical evaluation, which focuses on the proper selection of plant varieties, especially in new plantings.
Hodnocení spotřeby pohonných hmot u technologických postupů ve vinohradnictví
Suchyňová, Romana
This thesis deals with the evaluation of fuel consumption at three different variants of technological processes (Option A - black fallow, Option B - grassed inter-row mechanical cultivation of belts under a bush vine, Option C - grassing over one line) in selected subjects. In determining the fuel economy methods were used in the tank refills, registration information and measurement company using the onboard PC. The energy performance of individual machine sets were processed using tables and graphs and subsequently evaluated.
Hodnocení defoliace vinic s ohledem na stanovení rozsahu redukce listové plochy
Tisarová, Mária
This thesis deals with the evaluation of defoliation of vineyards with respect to determination of extent of leaf area reduction in the varieties Hibernal, Zweigeltrebe and Cabernet Moravia. The experiment was conducted in 2013 at the experimental sites in the cadastral area of Lednice in Moravia and Rakvice. The development of leaf area was evaluated by ADC device BioScientific Ltd. during three periods (June, July, August) in the phenological stages of flowering phenological stages of fruit development and ripening of the fruit phenological stages. From the measured data was determined leaf area index (LAI) and the extent of defoliation. Using analytical methods parameters of quality grapes were evaluated - the sugar content, pH, acidity, assimilable nitrogen, and others in order to determine the optimal time of reduction in leaf area of a vine. Part of this work was also the evaluation of operating costs for Defoliator.
Noční motýli jako indikátory kvality zemědělské krajiny a úrovně biodiverzity při různém režimu hospodaření
Šafář, Jaroslav
This work deals with a research of moth species diversity in selected vineyards of southern Moravia that are often located in the vicinity of specially protected areas and often directly linked to them. When using sound agricultural practices, vineyards can provide a kind of stepping stones for a large number of endangered and rare species in their path to find suitable habitats to survive, or the environment of vineyards may be partially or even permanently colonized. During 2010 and 2011 in six vineyards and two forest-steppe areas, 8,061 specimens belonging to 309 species (12 families) of moths were collected using portable light traps. Based on some ecological indices, DCA, RDA, CCA analysis, Spearman's correlation coefficient, etc., the relationship between moths and the influence of farming in the vineyards (conventional, integrated, organic) in terms of agro-technical practices and the influence of natural and semi-natural habitats in intermediate vineyards surrounding on the moth communities of the monitored localities was evaluated. The results show that species diversity increases with vineyards having cover crop in the absence of application of chemical insecticides and especially with maintaining selffloristic succession in vineyard alleyways with cover crop. In RDA and CCA analysis, certain species responded significantly to the influence of studied factors of vineyard farm management, and for some species there was a significant effect of habitats in the immediate vicinity of monitored areas, but this effect did not reach statistical significance such as vineyard management factors examined.
