Financial Analysis

The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation of three selected enterprises from the same industry. The theoretical part gets information from the literature review, defines the basic terms for the financial analysis and describes meaning, purpose, procedures and methods of financial analysis. The practical part presents selected companies, which are applied to the theoretical part, for the period 2010 - 2014. The conclusion of this part consists of intercompany comparison.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Wistron s.r.o. during the time period 2007 – 2011. The base for my thesis was the company’s financial statements. In the first part is outlined company’s profile and also explained and performed the financial analysis. In the second part is the evaluation of data and this is compared with covetable data necessary for company growing. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate current financial situation of the company and on base of this to propose the improvement.

In first part is theoretically defined financial analyse, its users, soucers and selected creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The second part id dirested on the practical aspect. At first there is a summary cooperation, subjects of enterprise, customers an subscribers. The main section is the application of methods and the thesis concludes with includes suggestions to improve the financial situation.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the KORADO, a.s. Company and Proposals for its Improvement

Thesis deals with the financial soundness of the company KORÁDO, a.s., which evaluates the use of selected indicators of financial analysis. The work is divided into three basic parts. In the first part are defined the theoretical bases of methods for processing of financial analysis. In the second part is the selected method applied to the accounting data of the company in the years 2007-2010. Subsequently, the selected values of indicators, compared with the industry values. The third part is devoted to the recommendations for the improvement of the current financial situation of the company.

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of Slovácké Strojírny, a.s. from 2007 - 2010. The theoretical part is devoted to literary research, where I am trying to outline the nature and importance of financial analysis precisely. The practical part includes a brief introduction of the company and further investigation carried out by financial analysis. The final part contains the results of the evaluation findings including recomendations and suggestions for further business activity.
