Dukovany nuclear power station. New nuclear plant. Comprehensive geomorphological analysis of closer area
Prachař, I. ; Roštínský, Pavel ; Valenta, J.
Synthesis of geological (structural, tectonic, sedimentological), local geophysical (geoelectric) and geomorphological (topographic arrangement, surface inclination, topolineaments, location of fluvial sediments) data in a close vicinity of both the existing and the newly planned nuclear plants. A detailed geomorphological review was included. The study was elaborated requested by ČEZ corporation (main Czech energetic producer) in connection with the assessment of seismic hazard. It was especially focused on features of respective sections of the Jihlava and Rokytná rivers and on nearby the power station located site of thickest moldavite-bearing deposits (with possible stratigraphic age of Upper Miocene – Lower Pliocene) in Moravia at Dalešice.

Design, build and do a geodetic survey of network of triangulation, as a geodetic base for topographic and altimery measurements in surveying locality
ČTVRTNÍK, Vladimír
The project proceed in the context of future projects in the examined locality. The main aim of this work is to design, build and do a geodetic survey of network of triangulation, and also secure geodetic base for the future topographic and altimery measurements. The project is comprised of the theoretical and practical technical process of obtaining results by terestrial and GNSS methods. The project is also focused on the comparison of these methods. All needed materials for the following measurements was secured by the surveying work, and of the required quality. The final product of this project is the complete network of triangulation, which fulfil the requirements of the subsequent geodetic measurements in the examined locality.

Development of Military Mapping of Our Country
NOVÁKOVÁ, Nikola
The presented thesis is entitled "Development of Military Mapping of Our Country." Each chapter captures the most significant and best known stages in the development of topographic mapping: mapping by Jan Kryštof Müller; the first, second and third military mapping; 1923-1945 mapping; the military mapping after the Second World War; and finally the military mapping after the Czech Republic joined NATO. The aim of the thesis is to characterize and elaborate through a detail retrieval the course of military topographic mapping in Bohemia and Moravia from Müller's first mapping till present. The conclusion summarizes the obtained key information reflecting the findings about the historical milestones in the field of mapping and map creation in our country.
