The responce varieties of potato at desiccation
ZENÁHLÍK, David
Bachelor's thesis deals with the reaction of potato varieties as desiccant in the seed crop to. The aim of the work was the monitoring of early vegetation for selected varieties in the seed stands, if there is no occurrence of obrostů, which in 2011, although strong growth were not noticeable even on the areas of seed and ware potatoes. He was also monitored the incidence of flakiness on seed varieties and that the variety of Impala, Rosara, Adele, Marabel, Princes, Ditta, Laura, Belana, Baccara, Marena. The relationship of the term dedikace and the harvest and the reactions of selected varieties Ditta on the effectiveness of desiccation of the substance and another Basta15 the absence of Reglone to obrostům and desiccation substance is more efficient. The results obtained for varieties in 2011. According to the scale of the VÚB Havlíčkův Brod for the evaluation of the occurrence of flakiness tubers (Rhizocotonii solani) is given the percentage representation of vločkovitosti on tubers of potatoes. Data were obtained from his own assessment in the Košetice Agropodnik, a.s. in the reference year 2011 was assessed a total of 10 varieties on the occurrence of the flakiness and reactions of selected varieties Ditta on the effectiveness of the desiccation of the substance and another Basta15 the absence of Reglone to obrostům and desiccation substance is more efficient.
Effect of seed tuber size on yield structure in potatoes
CHUCHEL, Jan
The thesis examined the effect of seed tuber size on the structure of the potato yield. In the one year trial ( 2011) four varieties were applied (Velox, Marabel, Adela, Laura) have been grown in the conventional system. The size of seed tubers were divided into three size fractions: A < 35 mm, B 35 to 60 mm and C > 60 mm. Number of plants per area and number of stems per plant were observed during the vegetation period. The number of tubers per stem and average weight per tuber were determined after harvest. Furthermore was also found total and market yield of tubers. The size of seed tubers most significantly influenced the number of stems per plant (of 93.9%) and the number of tubers per stem (of 80.5%). The resulting parameter values were highly influenced by the course of weather in 2011.
The influence of factors at produce starch of potato
ŠOBROVÁ, Martina
The thesis is focused on the factors influencing the production of starch potatoes. These factors include the influence of variety, seed, soil, stress, fertilization, climatic conditions and weather. The work also provides basic information about potatoes, the history of the potato and its importance, the use of potatoes, the biological characteristics, morphology and chemical composition of potatoes. There is also an evaluation of the economics for potato starch processing.
The influence of leaf fertilizers at potato yield
KULÍK, Jan
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the influence of leaf fertilizers at potato yield. The main advantage of leaf nutrition is speed of an action on a plant, possible combination with other interventions (application of fungicides) and economy of use. Leaf nutrition promotes tuber yield and quality, mainly in their tuber set and poor growth conditions. It is important to perceive leaf nutrition as a suplement nutrition because it is no substitute for root nutrition. The field experiment was established on the land of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice in 2011. There were used selected varieties of potatoes with different growing season. Very early variety Magda, early variety Adéla, semi-early varieties Laura and Satina and serotinous variety Bionta. The experiment was comprised of four variants and in four replications. There were used liquid solution of urea, Lignohumate and Lignohumate with NPK for fertilizer of variants 1, 2 ,3. Control variant was without aplication of fertilizer. There were evaluated proportion of grow-up plants, tuber yield, proportion of ware size tubers, the number of tubers per plant, the average weight of one tuber, the average weight of ware size tubers and starch content. It was found out using of liquid solution of urea increased tuber yield of all selected varieties. The highest yield of varieties Adéla and Laura was achieved by application of Lignuhumate, the highest yield of varieties Satina a Bionta after using of liquid solution of urea. Very early variety Magda was not too responsive to application of leaf fertilizers excep using of liquid solution of urea.
