Importance and specifities of education of adult people with mild mental disorder
VÁVROVÁ, Daniela
In the first chapter, the term ?adult? is defined. In the context of education, this term means a human who has ended their school education. In the same conception is comprehended person with mental disorder. Education in adults is important because of the speed of developing society, which is too demanding on people. People without further education are worse oriented in the world and often fall to feelings of inferiority and uselessness. The same situation is present in people with mental disorders. People with mental disorders are limited by deficiencies in intellectual abilities. Intellectual abilities are one of the diagnoses of mental disorders. To make education of adults successful, it is necessary to observe some principles and use methods which are suitable for the target group. Because of deficiencies in intellectual ability, many methods which are used by health practitioners aren´t suitable for people with mental disorders. Unsuitable methods are lectures and seminars, because of the verbal difficulty people with mental disorders often experience. People with mental disorders have problems understanding explanations and often encounter issues concerning attention span. The process of education includes more mental operations in which a person with mental disorder can have problems. For reproducing memory perceptions, it is necessary to have a good memory, but people with mental disorders often have problems with their memory. They quickly forget learned knowledge and because of this, it is necessary for their whole life to involve repetition. Another important element of education is motivation, which increases success of education. People with mental disorders can have problems with willpower, when a stimulus isn?t attractive enough, they quickly lose interest. People with mental disorders can have problems in social relationships. Health professionals think that people with mental disorders are antisocial and don´t create any social relationships, but this is not true. People with mental disorders have the same needs as a person without a mental disorder. People with mental disorders desire understanding and respect from the majority of the population. These people want to be fully-fledged members of society. Unfortunately people with mental disorders are limited by their deficiencies. These people let themselves be influences; they can be reliant on other people?s decisions. Despite these problems, there are many people with mental disorders who have families and who aren?t addicted to other people. A complex system of education for adults with mental disorders hasn?t yet been created and is still an object of discussions. There are several possibilities of how to educate these people as adults. The choice of method depends on possibilities and dispositions of the person and how they choose to improve their education. One positive fact is that people with mental disorders are interested in education as adults. This interest should be one of the reasons why complex systems of education are created. The system of education adults with mild mental disorder is suggested in the last chapter. The system is designed with 4 forms of education and a person with a mental disorder can chose which form is most suitable for them. The first form is courses to attainment qualification which refill and restore primary education. The second form is courses which support qualification. These courses increase chances of people with mental disorder to get work place. People with mental disorders can have problems with orientation in the surrounding world and that is reason why civil education exists, it provides necessary information. The last form is hobby education which offers people with mental disorders effective ways to spend their free time. ?

Its main objective is to demonstrate these negative impacts, to reveal how unemployment affects everyday life of adult people and to find essential differences as for the understanding of unemployment in three phases of adulthood. In the end, the work illustrates what difficulties people of a different age group have to encounter. The theoretical part focuses on the current situation of the aforesaid issue. The attention is concentrated on the following chapters: the importance of work to human nature, labour market, unemployment and characteristics of each period of adulthood. This part is concluded by the detailed description of psychological and social impacts of human life. In order to accomplish the objectives of this thesis, quantitative research in form of non-standardized interview was executed. The respondents from the following age groups, young people from 18 to 26 years, middle aged people from 30 to 45 years and people from 45 to 60 years, were asked according to the previously set criteria. The part dedicated to research describes the personal experiences of individual unemployed respondents. The latter are divided into three groups which are summarized in the end of this research and later analysed in the chapter dedicated to the discussion. The results based on this research proved the existence of the majority of psychological and social impacts stated in the theoretic part. They confirmed the fact that the older generation struggles with the problem of unemployment more than younger generations. The basic difference in how to understand unemployment was proved on a different perception of the aforementioned impacts. This problem becomes more serious depending on the age, as well as the difference of psychological needs which get worse with regard to the older generation. Stress in Students at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies, the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice
MAJDIČOVÁ, Petra
This Bachelor work is focused on stress among students during their university studies. The attention is paid especially to an exam period since it is supposed to be the most stressful factor. Although stress may seem an integral part of this period, students can use some tools which help them prepare for exams, manage their well-being and minimize their school stress. The aim of this work was to find out and evaluate stress factors, their occurence in an exam period and ways the students can cope with them. The hypotheses were confirmed by quantitative research. I prepared a questionnaire which was given to full-time and part-time students to be filled in during May and June 2009. The results indicate that stress in an exam period is mostly caused by internal factors. The way students cope with stress depends on the exam itself, on student´s attitude to his studies or on study habits. There are some other situation aspects such as extramural studies, ways of planning exams or daily time management which can affect stress occurence. Based on the findings, most students of the Faculty meet all the requirements connected with their studies. The information obtained from this research work can be explored as a source of stress situations which are common in students´ lives. In case of difficulties with managing stress, students can contact the university advisory bureau.

A solution to the situation of employees threatened by an unemployment disabled people, graduates, people over 50 years) by further educational training in a company.
STIFTEROVÁ, Pavlína
In the last decade our society starts to face one of the most significant geographic changes {--} an aging of the population. Besides many other consequences (especially social, health, economic and others) there will very soon arise a problem not only for employers but also for the state how to engage this group of workers in the employment process even in their relatively high productive age effectively. A greater part of the staff, which is now 50 years or more, handles demands in the area of more recent working practices in a more difficult way, in some cases they do not deal with them at all. Though, even these workers want to keep their current position and not to loose their employment, the existential guarantee. Graduates of high schools and universities, who apply for their first job, are in a competition with other candidates considerably disadvantaged. Although nowadays young people are invested with a summary of the knowledge, skills and personal abilities, in terms of a probability to get a permanent employment they represent a risk group in all developed countries. The employment of people with disabilities is, despite of an active legislative support, problematic. Because of an increasing emphasis on the working productivity and the performance from the side of the employers, these people in the current society have less and less a chance to be of any use in the labour market. A bringing together and linking of these dimensions is, in terms of a company, a challenge for Human Resources Department, whose aim is to work towards a development of the human potential and its use for individual and collective objectives of the company through Business Education.
