The influence of type of post-mining areas restoration on vertebrates biodiversity - the model group of amphibians and reptiles
ZILVAROVÁ, Veronika
Surface mining affects all components and functions of landscape. The destruction of ecosystems results in declining variability of landscape structure, which means also lowering of biodiversity and ecological stability. Areas of spoil heaps are consecutively colonized by new groups of organisms, depending on type of reclamations of these areas. The aim of study is to describe diversity of reptiles and amphibians on sites after brown coal mining reclaimed in different ways (Velká podkrušnohorská spoil heap, Smolnická spoil heap) and at several localities in Slavkovský les surroundings. Theoretical part contains literal review of reptiles and amphibians diversity. Practical part includes herpetological research at the localities. The presence of Bufo calamita, Bufo bufo, Bufo viridis, Rana lesonae, Rana Temporaria,Rana esculenta,Hyla arborea,Pelobates fuscus, Trituris cristatus, Triturus vulgaris,Triturus alpestris, Lacerta agilis, Natrix natrix was proved by field study during the years 2009 ? 1010. The work creates a part of larger long-term study evaluating reclamations of landscape affected by surface mining of brown coal in Podkrušnohoří area. The results will be connected with another vertebratological studies at the locality. The theme is supported by NAZV QH82106 and NPV 2B08006 projects.

Faktory ovlivňující uplatnění absolventů ekonomických fakult na trhu práce v Jihomoravském a Moravskoslezském kraji
Štěpánková, Anna
The diploma thesis deals with the employability of business graduates in the la-bour market and the average period of rate of return of the investment to the education. To accomplish the goals of the thesis quantitative survey was realized on graduates of four business schools in South-Moravian and Moravian-Silesian district. Based on the results of the survey factors affecting the employability of graduates in the labour market were identified. The factors were also identified and compared through the universities separately. The average period of rate of return was computed with a ratio of added value to the university educated salary and total amount of the study costs. Literature review discusses the issue of labour market, graduates and human capital.

Geologická a geobiocenologická charakteristika lomu Vlastějovice
Votlučka, Martin
Abstract Martin Votlučka: Geology and geobiocoenology quarry of Vlastějovice Geological and geobiocenological charakterization of quarry Vlastějovice and its surroundings is the main topic of this bachelor thesis. The quarry is located to the east of Zruč nad Sázavou, not far from the north end of the village Vlastějovice. This thesis decribes geological history of the village Vlastějovice and surroun-ding area of study. The thesis also deals with the human influence, which is seen even today, the quarry is still in operation. The author presents a review of literature on a complex characteristics of the whole region. There are compared pedological conditions around the quarry with the situation in quarry with regard to the diversity of soils and initial epipedons. The comparison is based on the author's own field research and laboratory analyzes of soil physics and chemistry. The thesis also describes basic cha-racteristics of botanical terms, the climate and forestry typology and phytocoenology. The work is originally supplemented by tables, graphs and maps.. The results of chemical analyzes are supplemented with photographs placed in the annexes to this thesis.

Construction sculptural monuments of Krupník and new method of restoration
Gajda, J. ; Vavro, M. ; Vavro, Leona
The paper briefly reviews one of the proposed methods of probabilistic reliability assessment of anchoring reinforcement, usable in mine excavations and underground workings. Application of this concept – software „Kotvení“ was especially developed for this purpose using DDFPM (Direct Determined Fully Probabilistic Method).

X-ray diffraction studies of crystals
Hybler, Jiří
The study brings short review of methods of X-ray diffraction, namely rotation, Weissenberg, precession, Laue, and single crystal diffractometry. Methods of X-ray topography (Schulz, Berg-Barrett and Lang) are briefly mentioned. The lecture and paper are intended to inform researchers non-familiar with methods about their current developments.

Sorghum as the energy crop
CIBULKOVÁ, Renata
Sorghum, one of the world's major cereals, is the most commonly used for food or fodder. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is in a form of literary review to summarize information about the properties of sorghum in view of energy use, energy yields, the cultivation technology for energy purposes, the possibilities of using sorghum for energy purposes and the situation in the world and the Czech Republic. Recently sorghum has been tested as a raw material for all branches of the energy industry because of the wide range of potential products such as ethanol, hydrogen, methane, lipids, acetone, butanol and lactic acid. Sorghum can be used as biofuels due to the relatively high yields of phytomass. Utilization of individual species of sorghum depends on their chemical composition that can be significantly influenced by climatic conditions and way of cultivation. Crops improvement plays an important role for increasing production and utilization of this cereal in all climatic conditions.
