The second part describes the system for creating and constrain the parameters finally verify the functionality of the created model.
Production technology of plastic carrier information
Krejčí, Radek ; Kebrle, Ondřej (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
This bachelor's diploma thesis presents a proposal for the production technology of plastic carrier information, which is produced using injection molding technology. In the general literary study, plastic materials and injection molding technologies are analyzed. In the practical part of the thesis, the material of the plastic carrier information is selected. From the calculated technological parameters, the design of the injection mold is created and a suitable injection-molding machine is selected. Finally, a technical-economic evaluation is carried out, in which the cost of producing one piece of plastic carrier information is calculated.

Production technology of plastic lamp shade
Čajan, Tomáš ; Kebrle, Ondřej (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
This master thesis deals with design of injection molding technology for plastic lamp shade made of polycarbonate labelled Lexan 925. The injection is performed into injection mold with hot runner system. Initially there is a general study related to plastic materials and injection molding technology. Further the study continues with technological solution of production of the lamp shade. The designed injection mold is two-plate, double cavity mold with two hot nozzles and is equipped with a thread-unscrewing machine. This thesis contains part of the documentation and item list of the injection mold, along with technical-economical evaluation of the developed solution.

This thesis is dealing with designing technology of manufacturing for component made of elastomer. The theoretical part is about dividing polymer materials and the issues of elastomer processing by injection molding. In the practical part is dealt with production conditions, design specifications of the tool and comparison with initial proposal. Next part is about technological and design calculations and the thesis ends with design of technological process.
Production technology of plastic holder roof rack
Nevřivý, Lukáš ; Šalša, Josef (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
This master’s thesis focuses on a design of injection mold which is used for manufacturing of a plastic holder of roof rack. The first part includes shape analysis of the holder and explains function of the product as well as specify essential requirements which must be met. The choice of the most suitable manufacturing technology is followed by theoretical part which deals with literature review of plastic materials, technology of injection molding and basics of injection mold designing. Practical part includes overall design of the mold for the holder of roof rack based on technological calculations. Practical part is followed by mold flow analysis simulation showing suitability of designed mold along with selection of suitable injection molding machine based on product construction design and technological process of manufacturing. The conclusion of master’s thesis includes an economical evaluation of proposed manufacturing technology.
Technical Preparation of Production Injection Mold

The subject of this bachelor thesis is gathering of data needed for manufacturing of a part in injection mold. The initial part deals with progression of plastic as a material followed by description of a parts of injection mold. Ensuing layout of a tools for manufacturing and then the simulation itself.
Design of manufacturing technology for headlamp body
Pytlík, Radek ; Tomaj, Martin (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
The project developed within the Master's degree is proposing a technology of manufacturing a headlight housing from the high temperature polycarbonate Apec 1695 with wall thickness of 1.8 mm. The batch size is set at 100,000 units / year. Based on literature studies of injection moulding and also on the calculation method, the injection moulding tool with the heated injector has been proposed. The injection moulding machine Allrounder 630 S 2500-800 from Arburg is used for the production of the plastic headlight housing.
Increasing the Efficiency of the Process of Machining Injection Molds Components
Hruška, Lukáš ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this diploma work was a proposal to make the process of machining of injection mould more efficient. The work described the initial state of machining of a moulding injection part from the technological point of splinter machining, including the description of each production areas, the tool used in the process and the machines. The main part of the diploma work was focused on consideration of a possible way leading to the increase in the efficiency of the production process of machining of an injection mould part that included the transfer of the initial way of machining of a moulding injection part to CNC lathe Gildemeister CTX beta 500. Furthermore the work described the tool that had been used including the description of proposed control programs for machining of an injection mould part. The essential part of the work was a techno-economical assessment of the proposed variant of solution, which included analysis of the production costs and the time indexes that were achieved during the production.
