Development of graphomotoric by perschool children
KOŽICHOVÁ, Marcela
In my bachelor thesis I focused on the development of graphomotor activity at preprimary children. In theoretical section I describe the specifice of preprimary children and their education, motor and grafical development, the importance of systematic and purposeful development of graphomotor activity and contracting correct graphomotor habits which are needed for drawing and later as well as for practising writing at basic school. In practical section I introduce particular programme for development of graphomotor activity at nursery school which I´ve been working with for several years and it has been tested in my teaching practises. This programme is focused on timely and targeted preprimary children´s training and it´s also focused on contracting skills and habits in the area of graphomotor activity in a playful form.
The development of graphomotory by pre-school children
BAĎUROVÁ, Lucie
In my bachelor theses I research the development of graphomotory at the children in a preschool age. In the theoretical I have characterized the development period of the children in a preschool age. This part is mostly about the term graphomotory and terms connected to it. I have characterized possible diagnostic methods ascertaining the level of graphomotory and I have mentioned the possible disorders in the child development of the children who has problems with graphomotory. In the practical part I have tried and analyzed the diagnostic methods ascertaining the level of graphomotory. Through structured conversation I have done the casuistry of the certain children.
Improving Graphomotoric Skills in Pre-school Children.
PEŠKOVÁ, Bohumila
The bachelor thesis deals with development of graphomotor skills in pre-school children. It is divided into two sections. One of them involves theoretical knowledge while the other one is practical. The theoretical section concerns issues related to a child¨s transition from kindergarten to primary school. Firstly, it describes a set of biological, psychological and social requirements children are supposed to meet in this respect. Next, it discusses the graphomotor development of children, in particular the factors which inluence it. Finally, it points out the important role kindergartens play in both developing graphomotor skills and preventing graphomotor problems. The practical part of the thesis describes a concrete project focused on the prevention of graphomotor problems which was implemented by a kindergarten in collaboration with a primary school, highlighting practical possibilities the kindergarten tries to make use of to develop graphomotor skills of the children. The project also demonstrates how a concrete kindergarten can use Yveta Heyrovska´s graphomotor problem removal training programme called Nebojte se psaní (Don´t be afraid of writing) when working with the children who are to enter the first form in the next school year.
The graphomotoric development possibilities for pre-school children
KOPNICKÁ, Jitka
The Bachelor work deals with the developing of the graphomotorical skills and the right working habits of the preschool-aged children while writing and drawing. The aim of the theoretical part is to determine all specifications and to emphasize the importance of motoric development of preschool-aged children. There are some programmes depicted for graphomotoric development and its specific principles. The research study is based on long term surveillance of systematic development of the graphomotoric abilities of the preschool-aged children, where the main priority is given to proper working habits, the appropriate grasp of pencil and its technique and managing of different level of graphomotoric elements (practices).
Laterality
HRNČÍŘOVÁ, Kateřina
The diploma work is engaged in specific problems of laterality at the age of younger pupilage children. It´s divided into to three parts - theoretical, practical and appendixes. Theoretical part deals with the laterality in relation to matureness of personality, historical context in society, diagnostic of laterality and its types. This work also inquires into influence of laterality on school successfulness. The diploma work contains the suggestion of possibility pupils work with several types of laterality in school use. The object of research in practical part of this work was to find out number of dexterous children and left-handed children and ambidexters in population of infant at school on the subject of laterality and its definition. The method of laterality test and observation were used to results processing. It was supplemented with questionnaire which was aimed to anamnesis data. The results of laterality tests are presented in the graphs. The conclusions of each part of research was analyzed from questionnaire results and also from results of laterality tests. Last part of diploma work, appendicces, contains working materials connected with laterality determination and proposals of grapho-motorical lists for dexterous and left-handed pupils with possibility of grapho-motorical difficulties.
The graphomotoric progress related to pre-school children with symptoms of hyperactivity
ŠMÍDOVÁ, Kateřina
Graphomotor skills are a set of motoric skills in the field of graphics. Their development is dependent on the overall level of psychomotor development, especially gross and fine motor skills. Hyperactivity means excessive compulsion to perform activities, excessive movements. This is why children with symptoms of hyperactivity are very frequently prone to occurrence of problems in some area of psychomotor skills. The aim of the thesis was to ascertain to what extent the level of graphomotor development influences postponement of school attendance and also how kindergartens handle development of fine and gross motor skills in these. Both aims were fulfilled. The theoretical section of the thesis deals with a detailed description of the problems, attempting to present a comprehensive overview of the topic. The research section is made up of integrated research. Qualitative research took place with the aid of controlled interviews with representatives of kindergartens. The interview was recorded in writing and subsequently analysed and elaborated into tables. The quantitative section of the research was base on gathering of data with the aid of questionnaires and subsequent analysis of the data. The results were elaborated into graphs. There were a total of two questionnaires, one for pedagogical workers and second for parents of children cited by teachers, both anonymous. Those questionnaires ascertained the level of gross and fine motor skills, graphomotor skills and any possible postponement (even considered) of school attendance. Two hypotheses were determined. The research confirmed both hypotheses. It was evident from the results of the research that deficiencies in the development of graphomotor skills in pre-school children are dependent on the development of gross motor skills and coordination and that hyperactive children show greater shortcomings in these areas. This is why development of psychomotor skills should be supported and developed in a targeted manner during pre-school years. This can help to prevent problems with graphomotor skills, especially in hyperactive children.
Development of grafomotoric skills of children in the special class established for health affected pupils and children in the normal class at elementary school.
KARLOVCOVÁ, Petra
Development of grafomotoric skills of children in the special class established for health affected pupils and children in the normal class at elementary school. Graphomotorics is the whole spectrum of psychomotorical activities which one does while writing. Professional recognition of graphomotorical defects which result from deviations in the evolution of fine motorics can be confirmed only by experienced specialists. Children with these defects must be regularly involved in fun activities such as manual works with various materials. Intensive repetition of motorics and graphomotorics lead to essential improvement of graphomotorical skills. Boys are approximately three times more affected by a specific learning defects than girls. All of the research is based on quantitative type of investigation. The foundations of research were obtained from questionnaire and anamneses of children and also from dialogue with the class teacher. The parents and teachers of 2nd and 3rd class of elementary school in the town of Vseruby were asked. Information about children from the specialized class was obtained in cooperation with an employee of Pedagogical & Psychological Institute. The observed set of children consisted of 24 children from 2nd and 21 children from 3rd class of an ordinary elementary school and also15 children from 2nd and 10 children from 3rd specialized class for affected pupils. The main objective of the theoretical part of the research was to summarize the state of the art. The main objective of the practical part of the research was the comparison of graphomotorical behavior of children attending ordinary and specialized classes. Two hypothesis were set up at the beginning of research. The results the of research were compared to these hypotheses and summarized in the conclusion.
