Importance of Movement for Seniors
SEIFERTOVÁ, Michaela
The diploma work is focused on importance of movement activities for seniors. The movement represents the basic manifestation of life, influences the physical health, helps psychologically and reduces psychical problems. Ageing is a process which runs individually and during which the human organism goes through certain changes. Everyone, who works with seniors, should be familiar with basic information about the ageing process. Physical activities are fundamental for this age group, they maintain the physical ability and the psychical immunity. They help handling everyday situations. In order that the exercises had the desired result, it is necessary to follow certain conventions and respect individual differences. The task of the people working with senior is to motivate them enough. Nowadays, we can find a large offer of appropriate physical activities which aim at a self-sufficient and happy senior life.

KRANKUŠ, Lubomír
This thesis is localize on creation tourist and educational rate for student`s of Health Education in summer half in region national park of the Bohemian Fores. The theoretical part is to introduce concepts that describe the training course, or with which it is linked to a certain extent. Discussed here is the movement, its significance and some examples of physical activities, especially in the countryside. The movement-related leisure activities, education and experience, not least, personality instructor. Chapter practical part includes the creation of tourist, cultural and educational exchange.
Posture imperfections and muscular disbalances among ice-hockey players of pupil categories.
NĚMCOVÁ, Kateřina
Posture imperfections in children resulting from the lack of physical activity represent a very frequently debated topic in recent times. My thesis, however, is focused on posture imperfections in children who are actively involved in ice-hockey. Active sport represents a large physical load. Long-term impact of single-sided load may result in paramyotonia and subsequent serious damage to the motion system. Therefore the organism needs to be protected against muscular dysbalances resulting in poor posture by means of suitable compensation programme. My thesis deals with elaboration and application of such compensation programme in ice-hockey players of pupil categories. I verified the effectiveness of the programme through input and output tests. I took the view that appropriately chosen programme, provided it becomes part of the training plan and it is truly followed, may sufficiently compensate negative impact of excessive physical load, which the ice-hockey has on child´s organism. Based on this conclusion I strived to determine certain recommendations that may help the ice-hockey coaches in drawing up training plans for children entrusted to them.
The aerobic on the primary school\\
NITRIANSKÁ, Jitka
This diploma thesis deals with the problems of the children{\crq}s aerobics at the first grade of the primary school. The aim of the research was to find out the level of motoric skills and knowledge of the chidlren according to the observational method. Moreover, I examined the reactions of the children during the verbal and nonverbal communication made by hands and body on the basis of my own methodical plan. I was also interested in their knowledge or ignorance of English terminology used in the lessons of children{\crq}s aerobics. Three exemplary lessons, which can be hepful for teachers or instructors who want to deal with this activity, are part of my thesis.
Intermittency chaos of the impact oscillator
Peterka, František ; Čipera, Stanislav ; Kotera, T.
Chaotic motion of intermittency type of the impact oscillator appears near saddle-node stability boundaries of subharmonic motions with two impacts in the motion period. Chaotic motion arises due to an additional impact, which interrupts the process of instability. Intermitency chaos and its characteristics are explained in the paper.
Dynamics of oscillator with piecewise linear model of impact interaction
Peterka, František ; Tondl, Aleš
A harmonically excited oscillator having one degree of freedom with soft stop is analysed. The soft stop is modelled by piecewise linear spring and damping characteristics proportional to the stop deformation. The regions of different types of motion chacterised by the impact number are determined by numerical simulation for several alternatives of stop stiffness.
