Determination of platinum in Brno's agglomeration
Dvořák, Rostislav ; Řezáčová, Veronika (referee) ; Komendová, Renata (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the determination of platinum in samples of road dust and soil by atomic absorption spectrometry. The theoretical part describes the basic physical and chemical properties of platinum, platinum function in automotive converters and its behavior in the environment. In the experimental section summarizes the methods used to decompositions samples, concentration of the analyte and the main results of the measurements.
The City instead of the Factory
Vaculovičová, Vanda ; Sátora, Josef (referee) ; Kopáčik, Gabriel (advisor)
Architectural and urban design for the reconversion of the part of the Old Brno (former textil fabric of the company Kras and surrounding areas) based on the existing structure of the Old Brno and ideas of compact city (mixing functions> multipurpose buildings, the divergence between private and public space, higher density of the city ...) The work consists of several parts: planning studies, design transportation solutions, waterfront Svratka concept and design for the multifunctional block on the waterfront. What is important is the idea of calming waterfront Svratka (sheltering services to the proposed tunnel and the cancellation of barrier between the city and the river). The waterfront district should become after more attractive location and provide a space for sport, recreation and afternoon walks. There is a block of multipurpose buildings on the waterfront. A corporate underground garage, which is under the block, should be build by a strong investor / city. After underground garage completion, the site will be divided into several parcels and these will be rented to various long-term investors .Tenants can build buildings on them according to their needs. It is possible to build buildings above the garage in sequence development. The project is just one of many options. Individual buildings are design in scale 1:200
Wind tunnels for automobiles
Gross, Arnold ; Vančura, Jan (referee) ; Čavoj, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on wind tunnels for automobiles. The first part of the bachelor thesis refers to the basic division of wind tunnels and to the main description of each section, which consists of. Then focuses to the monitoriest selected paramatres which are necessary for designing cars. The next part refers to the most efficient and the most important parts of the wind tunnels.el. The final part refers to examples of selected tunnels with specifyied basic parameters.
Study of the fire resistance of concrete for tunnel lining
Ondryášová, Veronika ; Bodnárová, Lenka (referee) ; Hubáček, Adam (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the study of fire resistance of tunnel lining concrete. The thesis summarizes the complexity of the existing knowledge of concrete fire resistance in tunnels and deals with the behavior of individual parts of concrete when exposed to high temperatures. Next, the improvement in fire resistance for concrete production and fire prevention improvement is described.
The issue of waterproof concrete for the concrete tunnel lining
Dipold, Václav ; Brožovský, Jiří (referee) ; Hubáček, Adam (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a summary of requirements for waterproof lining of tunnels. Then focuses on the characteristics and requirements for concrete lining. Emphasis will be on requirements for fresh concrete, such as the hydration heat, the temperature requirements of concrete during storage and the requirements for concrete in the hardened state such as strength properties, modulus of elasticity and volume changes. Subsequently is discussed possibility of using SCC for this type of construction.
The methodology to determine the complete stress tensor original based on the evaluation of the convergences on the walls of the tunnel
Malík, Josef ; Kolcun, Alexej ; Staš, Lubomír
The proposed methodology allows to obtain full stress tensor of deformation measurements convergence between surveying points two or more parallel sections.
The rise and development constructions
MATĚJKA, Milan
This baccalaureate work is occupied problems of architecture styles. It is devided into two parts. Theoretical part is based on the hystory of constructions from long past cultures. Individual architecture styles are arranged in chronological sequence running from past to the present. Change from the first part to second part is made of chapter about the construction of underground in Prague and its compare with tunnel Blanka. Practical part is based on the real realization of tunnel Blanka. There are described individual steps of construction this tunnel. More, there is attached project documentation and visual photographs. The development of tunnels stands on the top of interesting of traffic engineering and it depends on the time, when the similar constructions will be realized in the regional towns.
A comparison of the extent of game fish damage and mortality during their storage alive in a standard keep-net and special bag {--}`tunnel{\crq}
STRAPINA, Josef
The influence of a constitutive assumption on the predictions of deformations around a tunnel in fine-grained soils
Mašín, David ; Herle, Ivo
The paper presents results of FE simulations of a tunnel in stiff fine-grained soils. Constitutive models of different complexity, namely Mohr-Coulomb model, Cam clay model and a hypoplastic model for clays, were calibrated only on the basis of standard laboratory experiments on London clay. Mohr-Coulomb and Cam clay models yield unrealistic results, whereas the hypoplastic model predicts deformations in a good agreement with measurements, due to its ability to predict non-linear pre-failure soil behaviour.
Dynamicka simulace chování vzduchotechniky tunelu Blanka
Sládek, O. ; Kurka, L. ; Ferkl, L. ; Pořízek, J. ; Šebek, Michael
Následující článek pojednává o tvorbě simulačního modelu soustavy vzduchotechnik a okolního prostředí připravovaného tunelu Špejchar - Pelc-Tyrolka.
