Sources of obligations in Roman law

The text discusses the sources of obligations in Roman law. In the preface the term of obligation and its typical sources is analysed. Further in the text, development of law of obliations from the primitive obligation to the classical one is outlined and the difference between civil and praetorian obligations is also explained. The subsequent text is divided into chapters concerning particular sources of obligation, that is contracts, delicts and variae causarum figurae. This part is followed by a chapter about natural obligations and a comparison with the modern law, which aims to indicate the extent to which the Czech legal system has been influenced by Roman law. The conclusion offers a summary of key findings.
Motivations in Danish development assistance

The thesis deals with the motivations that are formative for the Danish foreign aid. Denmark is one of the most generous donors and it plays an active role on the field of international development cooperation. An analysis of his motives will help us to better understand which ideological concepts are decisive for the Danish willingness to help other nations and also to identify what interests take part in formulation of Danish development programmes. The identification of the specific dimensions of motivation is based on a broad theoretical framework, which divides motives into seven categories: security, power, wealth, enlightened self-interest, prestige, obligation and humanitarianism. The author of the study maintains that it is possible to discover a wider range of motivations in Danish development assistance. It is a great simplification to assess the Danish foreign aid only in reference to commonly shared values of international solidarity, altruism and moral obligation to help others, which are the most prominent explanations in the literature. An analysis of Danish strategies reveals that the poverty reduction and sustainable growth are the main objectives of the Danish foreign aid. This bachelor's thesis deals with modeling of trust and reputation in multi-agent systems. It provides information about the basic concepts related to trust between agents. Several models based on trust are presented, one of which is chosen as a subject of measurements verifying its functionality. Possibilities for the model's improvement are explored based on the results of the measurements.

My bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the debt collection improvement in the enterprise. In the first part which is theoretical, there are explained the basic words from the point of view of accounting, taxes and economics. The businessman is briefly introduced in the second part which is analytical. And finally the analysis of the present conditions of the debt collection is presented. In the conclusive part there is my own proposal of the system of the debt collection described.

The last part describes my own solutions how best to prevent the inception of overdue debts, and if it happened, how best to debt collection.

This bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of security and enforcement of claims after the due date. Theoretical part works with notions like claim, debtor or creditor. Further of it deals with creation, cover, enforcement and extinguishment of a claim. In terms of enforcements it distinguish out-of-court and court settlements. Lastly it deals with economical, accountant and tax aspects of a claim. The analytical part contains an analysis of economical situation of the chosen contractor. Further of it analyzes his claims after the due date, which were created, in a selected period, during his commercial activity. The final part set measures, which could lead to improve of cover and enforcement of claims after the due date.

In this thesis, the reader is familiar with th problems of consumer loans connected with insolvency petition. The thesis contains several chapters and subchapters are dedicated to consumer loans.On the basis of literature and website decribes the development and history of banking, it is defined by consumer credit and its classification and the outline th most important laws. The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of consumer credit, and their effect on the number of insolvency petitions. Practical part is dedicated to free analyzes general analysis of banking and non-banking institutions providing consumer loans and a third analysis focuses on the profile of individual borrowers. Finally, the work is a comparison and evaluation of surveyed data.

This thesis deals with debt recovery among entrepreneurs. The rst part of the work is to explain the legal, accounting, tax and economic terms. Analytical part describes the monitoring of business entity in which it focuses on the problems associated with the recovery of debts and their existing solutions. The last part describes my proposed starting points, as the best and most ecient way to recover the debt, but also how it is already in the emergence of a well secured.
