Imunomagnetic separation of lactic acid bacteria using magnetic microparticles functionalised by antibodies
Vaňásek, Jakub ; Španová, Alena (referee) ; Trachtová, Štěpánka (advisor)
Immunomagnetic separation is based on binding of antibody with antigen, where antibody is bound to magnetic particle. In this thesis there were used particles of magnetic pearl cellulose with antiLactobacillus and antiBifidobacterium antibodies. Immunomagnetic separation method was optimalized and verified for its efficiency and specifity with bacterial and yeast cells. This cells were identified by polymerase chain reaction. Efficiency of immunomagnetic separation was verified on probiotic meat product, where Lactobacillus cells were isolated. With DNA from isolated Lactobacillus cells the high resolution melting was performed. The results show presence of several bacterial strains of Lactobacillus species.
Purification of white clover mosaic virus, antiserum production and IgG isolation for serological detection of virus by ELISA
KOLÁŘOVÁ, Klára
White clover mosaic virus (WClMV) virions were purified using a modified method of Wetter (1960). Antisera were produced by rabbit immunisation and virus-specific polyclonal antibodies were obtained. Suitable conditions were optimised for serological detection of virus by DAS-ELISA and compared with a commercial kit.
Tutorial in branch of internal medicine with a view to locomotive organs for education of radiological assistant
ZACHARDOVÁ, Martina
This work studies the availability of materials concerning the anatomy and disorders of the locomotive organs from the field of internal medicine. The result of studying these materials is an educational program, which is attached to this work on a CD. This program is to serve as an aid for teaching students attending the medical-social faculty and together with the Rheumatology Program offers the only education program focusing on disorders of the locomotive organs from the field of internal medicine; I found the Rheumatology Program on the Internet.
Antibodies against receptors coupled with G-proteins
Hýblová, D. ; Veselský, Leopold ; Velek, Jiří ; Železná, Blanka
Two antibodies against angiotensin receptor AT2 prepared against two short sequences recognized the receptor on Western blots of several rat and mouse tissues where AT2 is expressed. Both antibodies recognized the identical proteins; they lost this property after immunoabsorption with their antigen peptides. With one antibody, we were able to immunoprecipitate the receptor.
