Suggestions for Improvement in Long-term Material Property Economy

This dissertation solves the problems with management of capital goods in the company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o.. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the plant, whereas the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and service activity and maintenance of assets. The result of the performed analysis is the identification of weak points. Proposals are submitted in the second part of the work, in order to solve the problems found by presented analysis. The economical evaluation of the proposals and determination for assumptions for the application of extended result to company use is performed at the end of the work.

Research of the Quality of Solder Joints by BGA and QFN Packages

This diplomas thesis deals with specific technologies and manufacture of BGA and QFN packages. Also summarizes the most used test methods for assessing the reliability for. Describes the making of equipment for soldering in a nitrogen atmosphere, followed by comparison solder joints of BGA and QFN forming in different atmosphere. Finally, summarizes knowledge about the process of soldering and desoldering lead-free solders for BGA packages, followed by experimental evaluation of the causes of malfunction of repaired samples.

Monitoring and comparison of the main operational and economic parameters of a selected group of tractors

In my thesis, I paid attention to one of the operational and economic aspects concerning the operation of tractors or their cost of repairs and maintenance. For this work was selected group of brands of tractors and McCormick MTX and XTX series. Because the work was to compare growth in the cost of repairs and maintenance, depending on years of operation, it was first necessary to determine the two variables and the cost of repairs and maintenance and years of operation. Then were analyzed by statistical methods of correlation, regression, variance and standard deviation.

Repairs, Reconstruction and Modernization of Panel Houses

The theme of my bachelor thesis sounds repairs, reconstruction and modernization of panel houses. The main objectives of bachelor thesis are analysis of actual situation and problems of panel houses, economic analysis and measurement design. First part of thesis is literature search. The second part contains my own work that is mainly based on model project of reconstruction of panel house. Model project is aimed at energy intensiveness, price of heat energy, heat energy costs and savings before and after planned modernization. Also I described all modernization and reconstruction, which are usually executed on panel houses. Then I used a few economic indexes to valorize efficiency of planned modernization and reconstruction. The last part of model project is financing from the endowments programs. Finally I compared application of these programs and I found out the best possibility of financing.
