The goal of this thesis is to analyze current requirements of navigation system RNP RNAV. Particularly is behaving about estimation current ways and description of future improving GNSS performance. In submitted thesis is describes present evolution of area navigation and required navigation performance RNP. The next part deals with the common access how to raise the performance parameters, their estimation and also description how it'll be solve in future systems.
Digital signature
Vaverka, Aleš ; Lambertová, Petra (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
Digital signature, the subject of this semester paper, is nowadays very up-to-date. The still rising capabilities of the internet and the vision of lowering the amounts of paper documentation made it necessary to develop a way of signing documents which are transferred through the internet. This is supposed to be equally safe and unassailable as the handwritten signature. This method is called the digital signature. The paper focuses on the explanation of the essential terms connected to digital signature, such as certificate, certification authority, authentication, but in particular on the elementary cryption algorithms, further on applications that make use of digital signature, e.g. post services and electronic banking. In the final chapter, the positive and negative aspects of the electronic signature are discussed.
Bioactive peptides as a component of anti-aging cosmetics
Jatzová, Katarína ; Obruča, Stanislav (referee) ; Muthný,, Tomáš (advisor)
Ageing is a natural part of every human life cycle. During ageing there are lots of changes in the organism. One of the main pillars of the cosmetics industry is the development of active compounds that are fighting signs of skin ageing. The components as bioactive peptides are considered to be promising anti-ageing products, mainly because of the possibility to precisely define their chemical structure and therefore achieve more effective biological targeting. One of the signs of skin ageing is the weakening of the connections between epidermal cells and the extracellular matrix, decreasing expression of adhesion molecules and molecular components of dermo-epidermal connection. The most abundant adhesive receptors in the skin are integrins. Their ligands are extracellular matrix molecules, e. g. laminin or fibronectin. The minimal recognition sequence of integrins receptors is the amino acid motif arginine- glycine- aspartic acid (RGD). This sequence is also very interesting in terms of cosmetic applications because it provides the ability to create new and effective bioactive peptides. The subject of present work is basic safety testing of four peptides with RGD motif. A sequence of three peptides was modified by addition of glycine amino acids, or alanine. The expected effect was to improve interaction with integrin receptors. In each of the sample, levels of endotoxin was determined in order to exclude any possible interfering effects on the viability of cells. Subsequently, in NIH3T3 mouse fibroblasts viability was monitored by MTT assay and morphology. The quantity of obtained protein had been determined to increase data interpretation relevance.
The Functions of the Insolvency Administrator in the Czech Republic
Křížová, Iveta ; Hásová, Jiřina (advisor) ; Moravec, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with a person of the Insolvency Administrator, both in terms of the requirements imposed on the person of the Insolvency Administrator, and in terms of the obligations to be Insolvency Administrator in the course of Insolvency proceedings perform. The main objective of this thesis is to test the hypothesis that can be considered the submitted draft amendments to the Insolvency Act effective from 1. 1. 2014, effective, particularly in relation to the performance of the Insolvency Administrator.
The solution of digital archive integrity using relative time authentication
Vohnout, Rudolf ; Říhová, Zora (advisor) ; Antlová, Klára (referee) ; Macek, Martina (referee) ; Klimeš, Cyril (referee)
The research objective of the dissertation is a phenomenon of electronic documents archivation in long-term timeframe with focus on their security and integrity. This work at the begging deals with research issues of current approaches and solutions in the specified topic and focuses on relationship examining of the long-term archivation on restrictive conditions set by currently valid legislation scope. The main focus is on the archive integrity by means of alternative methods not related on absolute archival time. Design part deals with creation of the universal system solution leading to ensure non-repudiation of entrusted, archive managed, objects. This draft was empirically verified and results were processed and evaluated by means of statistics methods. The presented proposal of this work endeavors contribution to strengthen legal and evidence equivalence of long-term archived electronic documents on the same level of their paper siblings.
Supporting program with children in the galleries " Summer with fairy tale"
DEYLOVÁ, Magdalena
The bachelor thesis monitors the uses of artephiletics and art therapy methods for children of preschool age. The first part focuses on the general theory of children´s drawings in terms of art therapy. In the second part the animation programs, which were carried out in the gallery, are introduced and picture material is discussed.
Options of physiotherapy in the treatment of cervicocranial and cervicobrachial Syndrome
LENC, Miroslav
This thesis disserts on syndromes, that are very often used in ambulatory profession. In the first part there is a theoretical background made. In the main categories I cared about structural and also operational anatomy. In the theoretical part there are descriptions of causes of mentioned syndromes and of followed diagnosis and ways of treatment . In the practical part I define, on the basis of case reports, the success of the treatment in reality. I used quantitative analysis in the practical part. Research was made in Orthopaedic {--} rehabilitative ambulance in Suche Vrbne in CeskeBudejovice. The tested sampling was composed of two patiens having diagnosis which I focuse in this thesis on. Results were processed as case reports. There was an improvement in both cases {--} subjective relief from pain and objective improvement in mobility. If patiens follow the giveng suggestions and exercise the setteled autotherapy, the improvent could be stable also in the long-term.
National Identity and Integrity in the Context of Democracy
Neudorflová, Marie
Democracy as a political system serving common good can be successfully established only in society with rooted identity, considerably integrated on a number of levels, advanced sufficiently to share values and practices realted to democracy. For that reason and on the basis of historical experience, a nation-state seems to be still the most suitable entity for establishing and maintaining a functional democracy. Entities less integrated face a number of extra problems when trying to maintain a democracy.
Risk Analysis for establishing of new application into the information system in banking
Štefek, Ivan ; Doucek, Petr (advisor) ; Klas, Jan (referee)
Bachelor thesis Risk Analysis for the establishing of new application into the information system in banking deals with the management of information security and Risk Analysis. Thematically is thesis divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part I inform the reader with the concept of information security and three basic components. I am going to tell about the basic methodology for IT management. In the end I am going to tell something about threats and their impacts. The practical part is based on a summary of theoretical knowledge and there is a practical example. In my example of application My Bank I try to show the information risk analysis. Risk analysis consists of three main parts. In the first part is information classified in the application. There are three points of view, first is confidentiality, second is integrity and third is availability. In second part I try to look at threats and evaluate according to their likelihood. The final section compares the building secure of application with security, which should application have according to degree of risk classification.
