Design and making of low-frequency power amplifier in class AB

In this bachelor thesis I am occupied with low frequency amplifiers, theirs important parameters, classes and with integrations end-level. Next I am occupied with miscellaneous types of preamplifiers and additional circuits. There are simulated schemes of corrective preamplifier, protections scheme and high power amplifier in PSpice software in this thesis. These schemes and next additional modules are connected with DPS. This thesis contains result of measurement and photo functional sample.

The main objective of this thesis is to clarify the concept of "intelligent house", complete processing functionality and creating your own project. The work will be described any development and use of information, communication and control systems and new technologies just for the smart house (media center, remote control via mobile phone, Internet, GSM). There will also be processed security issue (alarm, cameras, sensors), smart lighting, efficient heating and air conditioning, financial savings and energy savings in renewable energy. They will outlineall the benefits of intelligent houses and their use in the future.

Accounting treatment for acquisition of subsidiaries

Diploma thesis deals with accounting treatment for acquisition of subsidiaries. Accounting treatment is shown at the level of consolidated financial statement in accordence with the current version of IFRS. At the beginning of the thesis are briefly state the reasons for the business combination and then is described single control model under IFRS 10. The following are the common elements of the accounting treatment for all possibilities of acquisiton of subsidiaries. The next chapter is devoted to the options of acquisition of subsidiaries. The chapter deals with an acquisition achieved in stages, an acquisition achieved without the transfer of consideration or reverse asquisition.

Single control model under IFRS 10 Consolidated Financial Statements

The concept of control and its conceptions are an inportant factor in preparing the consolidated financial statements. The existence of the control directly determines a consolidation unit and also form of the consolidated financial statements. The concept of control states a controlling entity, that is required to prepare consolidated financial statements. The evolution of the concept of control shows to differences in capture of some entities in consolidated financial statements due to the classification as a controlled entity. Non-inclusion of controlled entities in the consolidated unit have a direct impact on the explanatory role of the consolidated financial statements. In case of unrecording some entities are talking about off-balance financing, which often are referred to special purpose entities. The thesis compares and analyzes the impact of various control concepts conceived in IAS / IFRS.

Project and realization power tools control with PC

My diploma thesis is concerned with the scheme, constructive solution and implementation of the prototype and project. Via PC with the help of a circuit ASIX FT232BM, the prototype operates a ATTiny2313 microcontroller, which enables switching of the power part and PWM modulation outputs.The project describes operating by a programmable terminal AMIT APT3100(S) connected to a PC, and the wiring of a basic safety-loop and several measuring devices.

Tax and Legal Structure of Tescoma Group

The thesis is focused on holding companies legislation in the Czech Republic and related issue of tax optimization in the international business environment. First aim of this thesis is to map control and influence relations and therefrom arising legal obligations within Tescoma Group. Second aim is to explore Tescoma Group from the point of view of tax optimization and to compare advantages and disadvantages of alternative structures of the group.
